Huge apartment with plenty of space and lovely views. Very clean and has everything you could need for a great stay. Very nice and welcoming staff. Wish we stayed longer.

Highly recommend
Pros:

This place was amazing , definitely recommend it to anyone . The accommodation was huge, it was clean , comfy, and well stocked with towels.
It is exactly like what you see on the photos. Bus stops right outside, food is available below in the Village Inn pub. Food is fabulous, can't fault it.

We were stunned by how much room we had above The Village Inn in Keiss. Close to many attractions and towns, this was the perfect spot to base ourselves. 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen and lounge room. Clean and comfortable…. Loved it!

Pros:

Spacious, well equipped apartment, easy parking and friendly pub downstairs selling great food. Location excellent for Orkney ferry, Castle of Mey and John O'Groats. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Minor gripes but door hooks falling off, one light fitting not working and tv remote not working are all easy things to avoid.

Beautiful, spacious apartment
Pros:

Very spacious apartment. Beautiful and practical furnishings. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is above a pub, yet it is quiet at night. Large car park. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Many excursion destinations nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

It's quite dark in the living room if you want to read a book in the evening, for example. And: Maybe the chef just had a bad day... but our meal in the pub wasn't tasty at all (Burger).

Exceptional apartment in perfect location. Spotlessly clean and with an abundance of facilities.
Pros:

Love everything about this place! Was our second stay at Sinclair Bay and yet again was exceptional! Beautiful apartment very spacious and spotlessly clean. Brilliant facilities for families; games, books, tvs in every room lots of bathrooms! The apartment is also close to some beautiful beaches and within short driving distance to lots of places worth a visit! The pub down stairs serve the most amazing food too and at great value. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Honestly couldn’t fault it and will definatly be heading up again next year!

Cons:

Nothing it’s just perfect! Only suggestion is perhaps an air fryer for the kitchen? The oven was as a bit of a squeeze when cooking for 6.
