The manager Alejandro was very friendly, helpful, and flexible with providing breakfast to my room.
Private parking lot for car
Town nearby had shops like pharmacy and bakery, a few food places
Oscar- Not friendly, not flexible about breakfast, apparently unfamiliar with offering of Alejandro to bring breakfast to room.
Absolutely unbearable amount of noise made it impossible to sleep. Fireworks all night long, sirens, car alarms, loud music, a guy over a PA system like for a club, motorcycles, huge trucks, you name it- the noise pervaded the walls. At 4am the rooster crows, which would be tolerable if it were only that noise. The area feels sketchy.

The hotel manager (I believe his name is Alejandro) was super kind and helpful.
We especially appreciated having secure parking for our motorcycle.
The proximity of the hotel to the Mitad of the Mundo attraction is also good.
Breakfast was good.
We didnt have water in the tap and no hot water in the shower, so we had to wait for a while the issue to be resolved.
It was extremely noisy at night, we could hear the neighbours, the outside and everything around us.
The bed is super small and the pillows extremely uncomfortable.

Room was clean, hot water with great water pressure. Mini fridge was ticked with cervezas. Alejandro was just fantastic to talk to as he speaks fantastic English. He provided suggestions for food and sites to see.
Bed was a bit small for the two of us. We were cozy Americans in the bed.
Alejandro received us at 2:15 am and we really appreciate his assistance and attitude. Everything is clean

The bed was quite small. We had to wait few times for quite a long time at the door for someone to come and open it. No kitchen but a small fridge in the room. Also there is a tv but Netflix is not working.

Great little hotel near Ciudad Mitad Del Mundo. We arrived in Quito late and spent the night here so we'd be close to the attraction the next morning. We didn't stay long (just one night) and left early, but we were greeted warmly even with our late arrival (like 2am) and the rooms were to our satisfaction with decently comfortable beds, hot water, but most importantly -- very clean rooms and bathrooms.
It was exactly what we expected. For the price, there is nothing I would complain about.
The reception was excellent and Oscar was so very helpful and cheerful whenever we needed his advice or to gain entrance. This location is close to the commercial and tourist center of Mitad del Mundo, and with the management's help, it is a very secure place to stay.
My wife and I liked everything about our stay, however, if a rooster crowing bothers you that might be a problem, and be aware it is a regular size clean room to stay in.
Exceptional in cleanliness and no complaints whatsoever. Very pleasant to deal with, and very prompt!
Typical, no hot water. Never did find out Wi-Fi password.
