غير نظيفه ابدا والمرتبه غير مريحه
نظيفه و تكييفها ممتازه
الاثاث قديم والادوات الصحيه مثل المروش والمغاسل سيئه جدا والماء ضعيف بسبب الخلاطات رديه ولا تؤدي عملها بالمضبوط وفيه خطر ببعض لقرب مقابس كهربائي من خروج المياه من الدش
I got the VIP room which was good
Shower and the toilet
Poor Facilities
Room wasn't the same i booked
No enough support from staff
Bathroom wasn't suitable, Request to change the room but staff didn't support
Honestly speaking , Hotel facilities were very bad such as room wall had many damages / holes . Bathroom was not Hygenic and walls had holes and no towels . Hotel has no room service .
honestly , i am wondering how Bookings.com rated this facilities 4 stars , compare to what i had seen this hotel hardly rated 1 star .

The Staff, toilet is not American Standard bowl. Breakfast is not good. Front desk is not knowledgable about his job like when I want to pay for two nights he said that I will be charge on a daily basis and after a while he knocks on my door and ask to pay for another night. He even told me that they dont accept major credit card and they accept only Debit Card. I told him to try my MasterCard and it goes well .
Location
Needs to improve as below were my observations:
1. No cloth towel (only disposable)
2. I was given a room with bathroom having a traditional bowl (difficult for myself to use)
3. Shower needs to be improved
4. Water from shower smells, like coming from an old tank or deep well
5. I was asked to pay in cash, instead of Mada Card, citing machine is not working
6. FREE breakfast, BUT NOT the coffee! I had to pay for Americano Coffee.
