Zeer vriendelijk personeel en goed uitgeruste kamers

Cons:

De kamers op sommige verdiepingen hebben felle kleuren, rood of roze, dat kan misschien bij sommigen tegenvallen (ik zat in een rode kamer en had er niets op tegen)

I would not recommend this hotel, while it looks nice it is an unacceptable location to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was acceptable, there was options for omelets to be made

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows, the room was 30 degrees and the air conditioner did nothing to help, even with the do not disturb sign on the door and the digital one saying do not disturb the staff came into the room the second day, cleaned and turned off the air conditioner. The wi-fi was barely usable. The following day after leaving red itchy spots in clusters appeared on my skin that are still itchy and irritated, now i need to check my bed and clothing for bedbugs.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο και τοποθεσία.
Pros:

Εξαιρετικό σε όλα , !! Ολοι οι χώροι άστραφταν από καθαριότητα , το δωμάτιο μας όπως και το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλα , οι φωτογραφίες στο booking το αδικούν αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης και η τοποθεσία το ξενοδοχείου είναι ότι καλύτερο για την Σμύρνη.

The location is great.

The bed is comfortable.

The AC works wonderfully.

The room is designed well.

It's definitely better than the "Park Inn" hotel next door, so if you're considering both - pick EN.

Cons:

The breakfast could use some more protein options. But it's still good.

There is no smart TV, which is what primarily pulls down the score.
