Pros:

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus Kim. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet Sogar Spüli und Spülutensielen sind vorhanden, ebenso eine Spülmaschine, die wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Auch über das Gläschen Kaffeepulver für die erste Tasse Kaffee haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad groß, neu, auch Pflegeprodukte und Fön sind vorhanden. Das Auto konnten wir für 5 € pro Tag im Hof parken und die Fahrräder im verschließbaren Abteil des Carports abstellen. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage der Unterkunft, in einer Minute erreicht man den Hafen zu Fuß. Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos und Fahrräder sind vorhanden und wirklich gut . Die Fahrräder stehen sicher in einem abschließbaren Käfig, was gerade für Hochpreisige Fahrräder sehr von Vorteil ist . Es gibt auch eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes. Die Appartments sind sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht . Und bei Fragen stand uns die Familie Schröder immer hilfreich zur Seite , ob per Mail oder auch beim persönlichen Kontakt. Wir werden definitiv wieder im Haus Kim buchen 👍🏼

Pros:

Lage von Haus Kim optimal direkt um die Ecke ist der Stadthafen und die Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen sogar ein Balkon war vorhanden wo wir die Abendstunden genießen konnten. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden.Kann diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Waren.
