Lovely friendly, spacious and convenient place to stay
Pros:

Room was bigger than I expected - so often in the photos they have used an extra wide lens - but this room was spacious and beds were wide and comfortable. It’s an easy walk to lots of public transport, bars, cafes and cute shops. It’s about 15mins walk to the oldest most beautiful parts of Kyoto.
The staff went over and above. Very friendly and happy to problem solve things such as the best way to get to the airport early the next morning. Etc.

割安で便利な場所で快適
Pros:

四条烏丸通りで、地下鉄、バスを使っての移動の拠点として良かった。
また、部屋が広く、風呂トイレがセパレートタイプで洗い場があり、広いワンルームマンションのようで非常に快適だった。
オーバーツーリズムがまだ残る中でも便利な場所でこの価格は割安だったと思う。
お値段次第でまた利用したい。

Cons:

たまに上の階から物音や水が流れる音がすることがあるが、ワンフロア2部屋の向かい合わせの配置のため、人の声などは全く聞こえなかった。
部屋の広さの割にテレビが小さいので、ベットの端から見るとちょっと見づらい。

Wonderful room in a very unique hotel, great find!
Pros:

Beautiful room in a wonderful little hotel! We've stayed in a number of different places in Kyoto and throughout Japan and never had a room with so much space. It was so comfortable and convenient for the metro lines, or a 20 mins walk to Kyoto main station.
Staff at reception were lovely, no issues with anything and we were even allowed to check in a couple of hours earlier than standard. We had also used Ta-Q-Bin service to send our luggage from Fukuoka and it arrived safely and the staff left it in our room while we were out!

Cons:

Nothing, all wonderful!

地點安靜，服務態度好，房間也比預計的大一些

店家通中文，所以事前詢問很多問題都能妥善回覆，櫃枱人員不一定通中文，但態度都不錯，我們是三人住四人的塌塌米房，房間比預計大一些，設計的還蠻好看的，隔音也不錯，沒有聽到半夜的吵雜聲，離大馬路不遠，但安靜很舒服
