Pros:

Tilava ja mukava huone, jossa tilaa riittävästi vaikka meitä oli kolme. Kävelyetäisyydellä hyvin palveluja ja myös Kioton ostosalue kävelyetäisyydellä.

Cons:

Laseja olisi pitänyt olla enemmän. Ei ole kivaa käyttää hammasmukia kaikkeen juomiseen!

Pros:

飯店沒有附早餐，但一樓有微波爐可供自行使用
飯店走路3分鐘就會抵達全家便利商店，這幾天與老公都在那邊購買消夜、礦泉水，十分的方便
一樓櫃台人員十分親切，有任何需求也會馬上回覆
房間的坪數真的很大，在京都這樣的都市能住到大房間，整個心情都開闊了

地理位置上距離京都車站坐公車約莫10分鐘
附近的地鐵站走路約10分鐘
如果喜歡走路的話，這點距離應該不是難事
另外房間的茶几比較小一點，需要自行發揮布置能力用出臨時的桌子

洗面所の栓が閉まらない
洗面所の水圧が低い
鏡の曇りが取れない
洗面所の物の置き場所がない
布団が1セット薄い敷布団の２枚重ねだった
緊急連絡先にかけたら、この番号は違いますと言われた。
どうしていいかわからない。その時点でこのホテルを選んだことを後悔した。11,000円でなく7,000円程度であれば許せる

Excellent hotel and location
Pros:

Great location and in close range to all sights, walkable area, good access to public transport and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room had great facilities and is very spacious, we were able to fit and open two large suitcases with room to spare. The location felt very safe especially to walk around in during late hours of the night.

Cons:

Little to no soundproofing. Not really a fault of the hotel just a little disappointing/inconvenient that we could hear everything from the room above (extremely loud stomping and shaking when they would move around, talking, etc). The guests above were quite inconsiderate after we let them know to quiet down the noise, this is such a shame because it made our stay at such a nice hotel quite unpleasant at times. The noise occurred throughout all hours of the day including extremely early and late hours making it hard to relax when they were in their room, needed to wear soundproof headphones to drown out the noise, and was woken multiple times by them.
Despite this we would definitely come back again!
