The situation was unacceptable: the room was infested with flies and cockroaches, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness. It had been locked for an extended period before I was assigned to it. I had to check out before 7am because I couldn't sleep. Although I was offered another room upon checkout, I simply couldn't stay any longer

The beddings in one room seemed to not have been changed. The air conditioning unit was noisy so the front desk was kind
Pros:

The exterior of the property was okay and clean.
The rooms we were assigned to were alright.

Cons:

The decor of the rooms was dark brown so gave a dank feel. The shower system was rusted and there was a dingy bucket in a corner( at least a nicer looking bucket would have been better)

Excellent and it was what I expected
Pros:

Loved the bed and the size of the room. Location as well.

Cons:

Would have been higher but the water genuinely stinks and breakfast should be room service. The breakfast area is so so cramped.

Pros:

The staffs were amazing. Very warm and accomodating. I highly recommend.

The location is superb, its a bit closer to everywhere.

Cons:

The water from the bathroom did not appear too neat and its hard so you should prepare for that.

Whenever I travel to Lagos I will always dust at Presken Whitehouse

The staff was so attentive to my every want and need

There’s so many flies that sitting poolside is annoying though the poolside is a great vibe

One of the best value hotels in Nigeria
Pros:

Good location, clean, quiet, good restaurant and bar inside the hotel with good food. Staff are nice and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast place is too small and nobody serves outside the room. I need to take my breakfast, fork, coffee, napkins everything outside by myself because it’s full of people in the room with no available seats. Yet no one serves me outside.
