Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und verwöhnte uns. Wir machten den Jura-Höheweg und kamen durch längere benötigte Pausen meines Sohnes später als die Check-In-Zeit an. Bereits am Telefon wusste ich, dass wir mit Freude empfangen werden, auch wenn wir zu spät waren.

Die Küche blieb offen, so dass wir dann noch essen durften. Das ist alles nicht selbstverständlich und schätze ich sehr. Danke Familie Rickenbacher!

Zudem gab es heute Morgen ein köstliches Frühstück.
