Good budget option
Pros:

Clean, convenient, easy check in, good location for staying the night after a concert in Ķīpsalas halle.

Cons:

The double room in the corner was a bit cold because of the freezing temperature outside, not an issue in the other two rooms we occupied.
The kitchen wasn't clean but personnel came in the morning and cleaned it.

- The staff was nice
- The room was clean

Cons:

- The mattress of one bed in our room was very used up and uncomfortable
- There was only one fridge in the kitchen for all the rooms
- The walls were not soundproof. If someone was being loud in the corridor I would hear it very clearly
- The lightbulb in our room was missing from the night lamp
