Position, price and staff fantastic.
Pros:

Close to main beach walk and local shops.

Cons:

Our windows faced a local families back yard. The pool even though beautiful was freezing cold because it is sheltered from the sun.

Fantastic Team, location and rooms
Pros:

Loved the staff and the location was excellent - just a short walk from the beach and all that it provides. 10 minute walk to Icon and bonus that there is an incredible restaurant straight across from the hotel - Shotgun Social with amazing food and atmosphere. Rooms were very spacious, clean and quiet. We were picked up from the airport which was great as we arrived after midnight and we didn’t have to hastle with where we were going - we were late and our driver Ardi (maybe incorrect spelling) waited so patiently. The owner, who is lovely, sent us a message to say there was music going to be playing which may be a bit disruptive but welcomed us to join - when we came back from dinner she shouted us some drinks as it was her birthday. The roof top pool was great and we were the only ones there when we went both times. If you want somewhere that is close to everything you could possibly want, with amazingly friendly team and quiet but so close to beach we would highly recommend.

Great place the stay
Pros:

Rooftop pool offered the best views across Sanur and out across the beach.
The staff were all awesome and tried very hard to teach me some of the local language... old dog, new tricks 😂
Location was awesome, just a short stroll to the beach or the main road both loaded with Warungs and shops.
I will definitely be staying here again... and again, and again

Lovely home away from home
Pros:

We love this property. Its location, staff and amenities. Recently been taken over and having small changes made. Close to the beach, a lot of local eateries. Spacious and clean.
Pool area is clean and the pool was not too cold.
Restaurant had plenty to choose from. Nice fresh coffee available every morning.

Cons:

Not the property’s fault but we had a barking dog out the back every night all night and it made hard for sleeping.

The perfect place with the perfect staff couldn’t be happier and I’m coming back in a few weeks to stay with them again
Pros:

The location was perfect to start with than the staff were so nice and couldn’t help me enough. Than you get to the room it was so clean and a great size with a good bed

Great location. Clean lovely rooms and bed.

Cons:

Firstly if your a light sleeper this place isn't for you. Roosters (yes several) start at about 4am and the local dogs join in.
No phone in pool area. Would be nice to order a drink etc.
Staff need a bit more training. Trying to find someone to get a pool towel in reception on several occasions nobody about.

Lots of stairs but they do have a lift . pool doesn't have any loungers as there is not much room around it, but didn't bother us.

Stayed for 7 nights close to the beach and many good restaurants.
