De omgeving is perfect. Om de hoek van de night market waar je heerlijk kan eten. Tegenover social shot gun waar ze taco tuesday hebben!! en 5 minuten van het strand vandaan en de schildpadden opvang, altijd leuk voor de kids!
Nooit meer! Ik heb 5 dagen in een rioollucht geleefd! En ze konden niets doen. Ik heb zelf om luchtverfrissers gevraagd en kreeg er toen eentje. Toen ik meer vroeg kreeg ik de reactie dat er al eentje gebracht was en heb ik zelf meer moeten kopen!! Absurt! Bij aankomst waren wij 20 minuten te vroeg, de kamers waren al klaar maar mevrouw was niet heel klantvriendelijke dat zij ons de kamer direct aanbood, ze stelde voor om de spullen nog even te laten staan en nog even te wachten. Sorry maar voor die prijs verwacht je een beetje service. Wij hadden de suite geboekt en een deluxe kamer en je kan mij niet wijsmaken dat ze beide kamers nog aan het schoonmaken waren de laatste 20 minuten.
Bij binnenkomst zagen wij allemaal mieren in het appartment en heb ik de receptie moeten bellen voor insectenspray. Gelukkig zat er in de avond wel een lieve dame, zij heeft alles weggeveegd en een notitie gemaakt.
Echter hebben wij wel 5 dagen lang met mieren in het appartement geleefd. In geen enkele andere accomodatie heb ik dat gehad, wij zaten hier nota bene op de 4e verdieping. Je kan niet kopen in de kamer, daarvoor moet je bij de receptie een gasfles kopen en overal hangen briefjes tekst in de kamer dat als je iets stuk maakt dit verhaalt gaat worden, niet een erg klantvriendelijke verwelkoming. Bij het zwembad is er geen ruimte om te relaxen of lekker in de zon te liggen. Er liggen 2 zitzakken that's it !

Firstly we were not notified that the restaurant is currently closed.
Unlike our previous stay in Aug 2025 there was nothing around the pool only 2 bean bags. Not table and chairs or cushions on the day bed.
Only basic room amenities. Nothing to wash the dishes with.
We had 2 toilets but only enough toilet paper for 1. Also the smell wafting from the bathroom and toilet was not pleasant.
It’s looking old and tired it could do with updating.
The roosters and dogs in the houses behind were non stop crowing and barking
De locatie is fijn dichtbij t strand, kamers zijn ruim.
Het hotel! Restaurant gesloten, super rommelig niet verwelkomend. Zwembad was onderhoud, er werd gezegt je kan mischien straks weer. Geen bedjes aanwezig zoals op de foto. Vies in de gangen, vies op plekken in mijn kamer. Totaal niet zoals op de foto's.

Rien il est cher et hyper bruyant pas de restauration pas de bar pas d’assistante pour les bagages la piscine mal entretenue mais le pire a été la nuit impossible de dormir à cause des coqs et des chiens dans la ferme tout près de l’hôtel absolument rien ne justifie le prix pour BALI
Je n’ai rien aimé c’est un scandale de proposer cet hôtel

I wish they had supplied dishwashing soap, tea towels and something to wipe down the benches.
Beautiful pool on top floor you could see the the ocean glimpse! Room n bed was a good size more business style than holiday style!
Sorry for facts The noise, the position in middle of rooster property the night club across the road no restaurant as quoted hard to find the one staff member when needed had to lug our bags up stairs as lift not always working ! We have stayed in Sanur many times so very disappointed!

Very spacious villa feeling. Great AC. Comfy firm mattress and full pillows. Comfy lounge in separate area. Pool is very clean and relaxing. Great location walk to beach market, Icon mall and many restaurants.
24/7 check in was a bonus.
Fridge not very cold. Tea coffee provided but no milk. Shower head very low height, can not stand to shower but good pressure and hot. Restaurant and bar not operating- food available but from another business and took a very long time. Limited drinking water available in room. Staff reluctant to give extra.
