petit déjeuner fabuleux
emplacement, tranquillité.

Cons:

impossible de communiquer (même un minimum) en français.
seulement une machine à café dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire ni mini bar
matelas très mou.
personnel assez peu souriant sauf au restaurant le soir (paiement en plus)

Tolles Angebot in wunderschöner Umgebung
Pros:

Die Lage, Ausstattung und vor allem die Zusatzangebote sind sensationell. Neben dem feinen Nachmittags-Zvieri kann man täglich das Skigebiet und das Bogn Engadin benutzen.

Cons:

Einzelne Mitarbeitende haben die vom Chef vorgelebte Herzlichkeit und Kundenorientierung noch nicht intus. Von den 3 Hotels ist das nur im Belvedere der Fall.

Das Frühstück ist excellent.

Cons:

Das Dessertbüffet war okay. Es hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Alle Mousse waren zu dick, nicht leicht und schaumig genug. Das war schade nach dem exzellenten Abendessen.

A relaxing stay in paradise
Pros:

The hotel collected us from the train station and allowed us to check in early at around mid-day, so that we could already go and enjoy the fabulous wellness facilities. There are many different saunas and baths as well as other relaxation facilities, so there were never too many people in any of them. We were provided with bathrobes and could connect with different facilities without leaving the building. Breakfast was very good, and of course the setting is breath-taking

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room, which we needed to keep medication cool, but luckily we could place things outside on the window sill! I like the idea of having re-usable flip flops, but these are the most uncomfortable ones I have ever tried. I still have scabs on my toes even though I walked barefoot most of the time.
