On request, the hotel can organize a bus transfer either from/to Sessa Bus Stop or Ponte Tresa Train Station for a small fee.Please note the following information for the period from November to March: - The reception is open from 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. If you arrive after 18:00, you will find your key in a key box next to the entrance door, along with an information sheet. - Check-out is possible from 08:30, and breakfast is available from 08:30 to 10:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, the reception is open at irregular hours. Guests arriving on a weekend will be contacted directly with further information. Please note that the city tax includes the Ticino Ticket. It offers free benefits and discounts in the Canton of Ticino, including free use of train and bus services. Wir lieben die grüne Umgebung..und die abkühlenden Nächte...

Cons:

Die Gehwege sind nicht so komfortabel...für ältere Personen ist es sehr anstrengend..auch ein Lift wäre erstrebenswert..

... nie wieder. Lieber im Auto schlafen oder auf einem Campingplatz.
Pros:

Frühstück, der Rest war fürchterlich - das Morgenessen war aber frisch, schmackhaft und reichlich vorhanden. Hier gibt es nix zu reklamieren.

Cons:

So ziemlich alles - das Grappoli hat die Ausstrahlung eines Sterbehospizes oder katholischen Priesterseminares. Keine Ausstrahlung, von Charme keine Spur. Und man hört in einem NEUBAU (...) jedes Geräusch im Nebenzimmer, keine Klimaanlage (Tessiner Hitze). Es gehört schon sehr viel Dummheit dazu, ein neues Hotel so lausig zu bauen.

Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage mit sehr komfortablen Zimmer.
Pros:

Sehr schönes großes modernes und sehr ssuberes Zimmer, gepflegter Garten.
Personal sehr nett.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise.

Herrlich ruhig im Grünen gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr ruhig gelegen, ringsum Wiesen und Bäume, grosses, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, grosser Balkon. Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Es ist immer wieder schön bei euch in dieser herrlichen und ruhigen Umgebung ein paar Tage zu verbr!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, ich hätte mir aber im Bereich Müsli mehr Auswahl gewünscht,- heisst Nüsse, verschiedene Getreide und Früchte zum selber zubereiten.

Cons:

Die Menükarte hätte etwas mehr Sommergerichte vertragen können und bei den Fleischgerichten weniger Fisch als Ergänzung.
