Das Hotel war eine Katastrophe!

Ausser der Lage hat mir NICHTS gefallen

Cons:

Alles. Das Hotel ist sub-Standard. Wenn man ein Hotel des ehemaligen Yugoslaviens haben will, ist das der richtige Ort. Nucht einmal ein Wasserglas ist vorhanden, geschweige denn ein Wasserkocher. Das Zimmer wird nicht täglich geputzt, der Müll nur nach Anfrage entleert. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie Booking.com mit so einem Hotel in Partnerschaft sein kann.

Worst holiday we’ve ever been in due to the misinformation from staff, substandard room and area.
Cons:

Hairdryer, tv, drawer, shavers light all broken. Tiny window at top of wall, no towels or toiletries provided even though website said there was. No daily housekeeping as stated. Hotel told us bus stop right outside but did not tell us the road was inaccessible the past two years due to construction so, in fact, it was 30 mins to nearest bus stop. Breakfast was freezing cold every morning. We actually changed our flights and came home early and notified reception of same however the manager claimed we didn’t. He also said my husband was rude when he absolutely wasn’t. Disgusting musty/mouldy smell in the room too and cracked sink. States beach outside but it’s a concrete promenade with steps into the water which I couldn’t access due to back issues. Just a horrible place. I’m waiting 5 days now for manager to reply to my last email.

Chambre en rez de chaussé avec une minuscule fenêtre en hauteur claustrophobe s abstenir
Aucun charme dans cette chambre qui ressemble plus à une chambre de colonie de vacances qu à celle d un hôtel
