Pros:

Мне не понравилось ничего. Месторасположение, разве что, ну не вауу, но в центре.

Cons:

Всё по порядку. В номере, который мне достался, не работал бойлер, горячей воды не было, правда, персонал оперативно переселил меня в номер с исправным оборудованием, ну со второго раза: в первый раз девушка что-то нажимала на бойлере, но это не помогло. Значит так. В ванной комнате душ, в котором вода не сливается быстро, всё помещение со сливным отверстием в полу; купаешься, вода стекает медленно, и ты по щиколотку в воде передвигаешься по душевой. Полотенца для ног — не понимаю, зачем они там, они же намокают моментально. Порог очень острый, я наступил на него ногой, было больно. Окошко в обоих номерах не затонировано, из домов напротив хорошо было видно, что я голый, пришлось закрыть его полотенцем.

Polite staff. Room was ready much earlier than official check-in and I could go into earlier. Spacious bathroom and room itself. Everything was clean and nice. Close proximity to public transport and city center.

Cons:

View from the window. Cherni vrah was visible so it can be treated as mountain view, but yard below the balcony looks very wasted

Pros:

Ligger tilbaketrukket fra gaten, så ingen utvendig støy. God seng, fint rom, med vannkoker. Trivelig .

Cons:

Det var altfor mye lyd fra dører som ble åpnet og lukket i korridoren, fra rennende vann i vannrørene i bygningen, hvis noen tar en sen dusj er det veldig hørbart for nabo-rommene

Decidedly average
Pros:

Although situated near enough the city centre, the hotel itself was at the end of an umade road nd didn't appear very welcoming from that point of view.

Cons:

The room was 'tired', with flimsy and marked furniture. The coffee making facilities were very very basic - not even a spoon to stir the resultant cup with! No toiletries on my first day, although some appered on the second!
