一、 对B Loft Hotel的控诉：
提供危险居住环境，蓄意隐瞒事实：酒店在预订时及入住前，未告知正在进行大规模装修。现场充斥着粉尘、刺鼻的油漆与化学气体、持续的施工噪音，环境极度恶劣，已不具备基本住宿条件，并危害健康。其员工均因无法忍受而聚集室外，此景即为铁证。
实施双重欺诈，非法侵占房款：
第一重欺诈：在因其自身过错导致我实际一晚都未入住（仅短暂存放行李）的情况下，以“已办理入住”为由，非法拒绝退还12月19日晚全部费用。

客户申诉处理机制完全失效：在本人自2026年1月起，提供完整证据链（包括现场有毒环境照片、员工室外避难描述、沟通记录等）并多次申诉后，平台在长达近三个月的时间里，未能采取任何有效施压措施迫使酒店履行承诺。所谓的“调解”流于形式，毫无结果。
消费者权益保障形同虚设：在本案例中，平台的“价格承诺”或“客服支持”未能为消费者提供任何实质性保护。当合作酒店公然欺诈时，平台表现得无能为力，令消费者陷入“钱款全损、投诉无门”的境地。

القرب من البازار وأسواق الاجبان

Cons:

النت معظم الوقت مقطوع وان اشتغل فهو بطيء جدا . الفندق لا يصلح لكبار السن او ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لوجود درج متعب قبل الوصول للمصعد . الافطار عادي جدا. ماء الشرب في الغرف عباره عن علب صغيرة فقط . لا توجد قهوة و حليب إنما يوجد اكياس شاي فقط.
