Pros:

Le prix relativement élevé pour la nuitée nous a un peu surpris. Cependant la qualité est vraiment très bonne. Nous avons aimé le restaurant et le distributeur d'eau. La vue était splendide et le calme très agréable.

Cons:

Au prix de la chambre, nous aurions aimé une machine à café ou au moins un plateau avec une bouilloire.

Beautiful Views
Pros:

This ski lodge was beautiful, situated right in the middle of the alps. Rooms were spacious and again had beautiful views of the mountains. We went over the xmas holiday so loved all the treats they had out for the guest in the lobby. The self checkin/checkout was very easy to navigate. Rental of skis was easy and right next to the hotel.

Cons:

That room cleaning was not included in the price. The ski lodge is expensive as it is so having to pay extra for your room to be cleaned seem a bit unreasonable.

Pros:

Swiss family hôtel. Perfection location for ski school.
Nice architecture, Nice interior design.
Animation and chlling on the terrasse or at the bar. Buffet. Bath and shower gel with figues notes.

Cons:

Concept west/east with the elevators. Certainly one elevator is missing for the employées.
Missing one swimming pool to relax after Ski sessions

L'établissement est super avec des enfants. je les laissais dans l'air de jeux quand je devais faire le check-in, check-out ou autre. Le buffet enfant du resto est super .

Cons:

La literie : le matelas est super. le problème est que les oreillers et couettes, tout était en plumes : et moi et ma filles sommes allergiques aux plumes. Je m'en suis rendue compte à 21H, j'ai voulu changer, mais tous les oreillers synthétiques étaient déjà pris. Ce serait super de prévenir dans la réservation ou à l'arrivée, plutot que de s'en rendre compte à 21H

Propreté : la salle de bain et le lit étaient bien propre, mais sous le lit, il y avait plein de poussière. On dirait que personne ne s'est baissé pour passer l'aspirateur depuis des mois. Et donc il y avait aussi de la poussière au sol même dans l'espace où on pose les sacs. ça m'a surpris.

Great location hotel, high price in ski week
Pros:

-Great location
-Check-in/out was easy without asking for passport or the name of all guests? (is it good or bad?) we are living in Switzerland.
-They give the card access to luggage storage room (-1 floor) if you check-in early or after check-out.
-Hotel has kids fun area that they can play at evening time. Also lobby part, cafeteria is very nice to sit around.
-At the restaurant, the softdrink with refill was great option

Cons:

- We booked 2 rooms via booking.com in a busy ski week then we got a call asked to cancel one cheap room. Wait until room available then we need to booked a new room, move kids to the new room we got additional charge "on top" of 350chf for 2 adults (1 night) which is quite high already. We got extra charge both for kid 8year (70chf) and also charge for Sofa bed(50chf). I feel like double charged. You either charge for kid or sofa bed in other hotel. (our kids are 8 and 5 years old it was included in the price in the original room we paid).
- One of the room has toilet clogged and overflowing at the morning.
- Sofa bed was hard.
- The ski locker (-2 floor) was full so we need to leave our ski stuffs at the middle of rooms but it's ok.
