Please note that the guests are required to provide valid government approved photo identity proof at the reception at the time of check in, without which the guests will not be allowed to check-in. The identification proofs that are accepted are:
• Passports, Driving License, Aadhar Card, and ID’s issued by Government of India or state Governments having Photo of the Guest and his residential Address.
• PAN card and Company employee cards are not acceptable.
• Foreigners are required to submit their passports with valid Visa at the time of check in.
• NRI’s if submitting ID’s issued outside India will be required to submit a copy of their Passport also.
• Room cannot be allocated to a guest if ID’s are not provided at the Time of Check In.
• In case of dispute on the ID proof the decision of the Hotel management will be Final.

Waste of money
Cons:

The painter were using same lift. There is no service lift or service stairs. There was cockroach in washroom. There was fire alarm constantly playing in bedrooms without informing us that its a drill. It happened four times on a sunday leisure day we booked so we could sleep. And even if it was real no action was taken to rescue us or we didnt see any part of building burn.

Pros:

Nothing. Everything was sub-standard. Bathrooms were dirty, the sanitary fittings were rusted, the breakfast was not up to the mark, the quality of food was sub-standard, the staff was not friendly and they need to be trained for hospitality industry. In short the experience was bad and it was not worth the money spent at all.

The quality of staff uncurteous. While checking in or checking out there was no one to open the door. Breakfast was satisfactory but dinner quality was poor.

Comfortable stay with good food !!
Pros:

Excellent location and quite good food.

Cons:

Maintenance and upkeep needs to be improved. Most fittings look very old , a renovation is required
