Very convenient for the station, with helpful staff
Pros:

Great location for the station (a short walk away), with very helpful staff (albeit with limited English), who even arranged a small packed breakfast for us when we left early.

Cons:

Beds with solid ends to them are not best suited to tall people like me! The room was also quite noisy, and the air conditioning worked patchily. There is only one place to eat within walking distance.

Pros:

5 minutes by walk to railway station but street is quite. City is samll so it is convince even a bit far to downtown. Reception lady is friendly . I enjoy my stay
