Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was an issue, Gunther was exceptional from the minute we arrived, rooms were spotless and gorgeous restaurant and bar on site.

Pros:

Staff, bedroom were very good. Stayed to go to Emerald park it is 25mins drive away. Bar food for dinner and breakfast in the morning was excellent

Cons:

Few little bits missed in the room, bin in bathroom had rubbish from previous guest. Shampoo empty had to ring for more. Water in the kettle dusty.

We would stay again though

It was amazing staff , food and room will definitely go back 🥰
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, we had my grandson with us and he’s autistic he loved it and wanted to stay the whole week , the room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable the food was amazing, the shower I wanted to take home with me , I just want to say again about the staff very polite and helpful ♥️♥️🥰🥰

Very comfortable and great value for money
Pros:

Very comfortable spacious quiet room. Exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Lovely breakfast options have you set up nicely for the day. Handy that you could park close to guest houses. Would definitely stay here again if I needed a place to rest in the area.

Cons:

The area around the guesthouse still feels like it's not quite complete. Didn't bother us in the slightest but for a longer stay it might be nicer when it looks more complete.

Top value for money place to stay.. especially if you are touring Newgrange etc.. Clean modern rooms, good breakfast
