Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Bewachter Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Kaffeemaschine und guten Kuchen! Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer und Bad.

ولا كن حط في بالك لايوجد اي خدمات حولك بالمره حتى بقاله لايوجد وخذه ليله واحده فقط لان وصلت الفندق من المطار على 10صباح ماقصرو دخلوني وخرجت اليوم الثاني صباح ورحت اخذ شقه موقع طيب وقريبه من الخدمات والله الفندق مايعيبه شي لاكن داخل حاره وفي لفه ولا حولك احد كنك لوحدك ساكن فما انصح فيه لهاذا السبب

We had a lovely 6 nights stay. The reception staff was super helpful and polite as was the staff in the dining area. Honestly the service at this hotel is what made this a great stay. They accommodated several requests to assist with calling cabs and providing ice at night. They even packed a takeaway breakfast for our day trip to Lake Kolsai. They refilled toiletries everyday and provided extra towels whenever we quested. They also helped refill bottles in the kitchen if you ant to avoid plastic waste. We liked the location as well, there are two cafes just across and a bunch of other restaurants 5 min walk away A small 24*7 convenience store is located 2 mins away.
I think the only thing that needed improvement during our stay was the breakfast options. Other reviews had warned us about the lack of vegetarian options but overall breakfast was underwhelming even for the meat eaters in the group (and for six days this was sadly disappointing). Proper signage calling out dish names would be helpful. They made vegetarian sandwiches for our takeaway but one sandwich per person is not a good breakfast esp when you have a long day trip ahead - we had expected them to pack a few pastries and some of the nuts that were available during breakfast everyday.

The breakfast spread was great! the one bedroom suite was really spacious and good for a family with a child; we also booked the standard room for a day - that was a bit small for us, but otherwise good with all the facilities. Location is very close to all the nearby cafes, places to visit in Almaty
