Pros:

Родители были проездом в Таразе и остановились в Керуене.
Были переживания, но все прошло идеально!
На ресепшен очень приветливый персонал. Родители заехали поздно и девочки помогли заселиться, принесли дополнительные одеяла, чайник.
Номер очень чистый, белоснежное постельное белье без посторонних запахов, халаты. Имеются все гигиенические принадлежности.
Для проживающих есть бесплатная парковка

Удовлетворительно,
Pros:

Удобное расположения, довольно чисто, персонал довольно внимательные, клиентов не много, спокойная атмосфера

Cons:

Нас было двое на одном номере, но почему-то дали только один халат, мойка внутри душа если кто то помылись все мокро не возможно пользоваться и при этом полотенца для ног нет пришлось пользоваться одним из полотенца.

Нормально кто проездом можно остановиться !

В номерах запах сигарет , хотя написано что не курят в номерах и конечно гостиница не первой свежести .

Чисто, уютно . Буду рекомендовать и приеду еще
Pros:

Все чисто, уютно , поставлю десятку за отношение к работе администраторов и специалистов по клинингу, очень вежливые админы , в номерах чистота . Чисто белье, полотенца , кондиционер работает, телевизор, холодильник . Все есть.

Cons:

Хотелось бы чтобы чайник все же был в номере , и вода у нас текла наплывами , то горячая , то холодная . Надо наладить работу смесителей . Но это особо нас не расстроило.

Pros:

Расположение отличное,рядом обменник. Очень комфортное размещение. Чистота,одноразовые принадлежности. Администратор умница. Рядом отличное кафе "Беседка". Если буду опять в Таразе,то обязательно повторю бронирование в Керуене.
