Pros:

Staff is very helpful. We were welcomed with a smile. Bathroom was spacious and super clean. So was the room. For breakfast you could choose between porridge or eggs. Location is good in a quiet neighborhood just some minutes walk from centre. The excellent restaurant "Samarkand" is near. We loved this hotel. If we come back to Taraz we will stay here again.

1. Понравилось внимательное обращение персонала. Обратилась к ним с просьбой, сразу пригли на помощь. Это так было приятно!
2. В комнате было чисто, прохладно, если учесть, что мы остановились в отеле в знойный летний день.

Cons:

Возможно, нужно подумать о шведском столе на завтрак. Хотя предложенный завтрак был вкусный.

The staff and General Manager in particular were incredibly helpful. The food was great.
