3 stars, lots of areas to improve
Pros:

Quite and good location in city center.
Good breakfast
Good and pleasant staff

Cons:

I was in a single room for 14500 kzt.
There was:
- sewage smell all the time
- mattress wasn’t good at all, couldn’t sleep. It seems too old
- cold in the room. Air con didn’t work properly on the “heat” mode

-Personnel sympathique et accommodant
-Emplacement un peu excentré (mais il n'y pas beaucoup d'offre hôtelière dans le centre ville). Néanmoins, pas mal de restaurants aux alentours.
-Bon rapport qualité prix
-Grande chambre propre
-Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu frugal.

Очень уютный и чистый отель, персонал вежливый.

Cons:

Матрац 207 номере можно было бы поменять, пружины чувствуешь когда спишь, до этого были 205 номере вроде было норм.
