A stay at an Unprepared Facility with High Effort Staff
Pros:

The staff really tried their hardest to make the stay comfortable and better (but the facilities were too unprepared for my stay). If anything, the staff will do their best (long as you speak Spanish of course).

The security within the location should set you at ease (No one should get to your belongings).

Cons:

First most important mention is the no refund policy along with upfront payment for the stay: it is impossible to gauge quality and to be reassured of your stay due to current policy.

The facilities were straight up unprepared: my first room had wifi reception problems, the second room had no warm/hot water, and my final room had a TV out of commission (three separate rooms).

Due to the security set-up, I had to wait past thirty minutes to leave the building at one point. Entry and exit isn't seamless nor prompt. If you want a facility with ease of access, this location is not it.

While the staff is generally friendly, approachable, and willing to help: I also couldn't shake off the feeling of being unwelcomed at the time of stay (this might be due to personal reasons but I don't dismiss this sentiment regardless).

I also did not complete my stay as these negative qualities outweighed positives or sunk costs (as I couldn't get a refund). This facility is the first facility I left due to quality of life issues when I can be tolerable or accepting. However, I did not feel good here so I had an awkward early departure.

nice place but too noisy
Pros:

24 hours attention

Cons:

There was too much noise from the street. Tha garbage truck came 4am and woke me up, a lot of noise from motorcycles kept waking me up. We were 3 people but only 2 towels.
