Cons:

Bathroom is small if you are couple's you can't go bath together, we had no chair and also we had to go and beg for the towel twice, and I think you need to change towels

It was horrible

Good only on the outside

Cons:

Its not clean, the staff dont know how to manage booking i had to wait 1 hour to get a room. They never get my room ready and give it out to other guests who booked 2 rooms and they pretend like they never seen my booking on booking.com..its horrible

Cons:

Only the receptionists and the manager were kind but other stuff were not so tolerating especially realizing i was not a local they would keep talking to me in Zulu when i speak in english trying to explain myself

My stay was good
Pros:

I liked almost everything about the hotel🥳staff member are good it was easy to communicate with them.

Cons:

I was not happy with the TV, I like to watch football so lot of Super sport channels were not there. DSTV decoder is the solution and the image is not clean on the TV. But other things are perfect
