Plusem jest jedynie długo otwarta współpracująca z hotelem restauracja.

Cons:

Najbardziej nie podobała mi się łazienka: włączający się razem ze światłem wentylator, huczący tak że myśli pozbierać nie można, zakamieniony perlator powoduje że z kranu nad umywalką woda chlapie na zewnątrz, przykry zapach z kanalizacji i słabe oświetlenie.
Do tego hotel położony jest przy ruchliwej ulicy której dźwięków okna nie są w stanie wyciszyć.
Żeby wydostać się z parkingu podziemnego trzeba albo przez pochylnię wjazdu podejść do kraty i poprosić kogoś z przechodniów o naciśnięcie przycisku otwierającego kratę, albo wyjść przez klatkę schodową dostać się na wewnętrzne podwórko publicznego parkingu mieszkańców, przez bramę wydostać się na ulicę i dopiero można dostać się do hotelu wejściem głównym od strony ulicy.
Naprawdę nie wiem skąd hotel ma tak wysokie notowania. A wiem coś o hotelach bo mam program Genius na poziomie 3.

Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji.

Cons:

Poszewki i ręcznik były dziurawe, plamy na wykładzinie i kotarach. W pokoju czysto ale meble były podrapane a bielizna pościelowa miejscami dziurawa. Nie jest to standard 3 gwiazdek.
