Heel slecht
Pros:

Uitzicht op de bergen, aangrenzende weide met moestuin en koeien van een oudere stel

Cons:

Kittens in de restaurantlade, sigarettengeur vanaf ingang hotel, kamer stonk, warm water was schaars terwijl het koud was, kapotte douchekraan, lekkende douche, koud in restaurant tijdens ontbijt was alles open gezet terwijl het gewoon heel koud was. Ik begrijp niet hoe dit hotel nog bestaat. Recensies lijken niet slecht, maar we hebben er gewoon geen goed woord over.

Looks like It used to be a great place in the past, but needs maintenance
Pros:

Beautiful views, clean sheets and all. Quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

To have hot water one has to wait for a very long time. At least 5-7 minutes. Part of a problem that the shower mixer tap handle works in opposite direction compared to the sink mixer tap. This confusion makes you wait in and as you expect uniformity. Besides the shower “set”, designed to provide an opportunity to have water provided from different taps, in reality allows water to run horizontally and from a separate hose.

Sehr schöne zwei Tage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt eine Stunde zu Fuss vom Dorf Zentrum entfernt. Super schön gelegen, mitten in der Natur.
Sehr freundliche Besitzer.
Um zur Ruhe zu kommen sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es wären kleinere Unterhalt Arbeiten fällig

Thanks for the service! It was a great experience for us staying at Mars Otel.
Pros:

Fantastic location and view. The staff were great and once we asked for room with good mountain view they checked availability and changed our room. We had a nice stay and can only have good words about the hotel and its staff.

Cons:

A bit long drive up but as the hotel and the view was so good so it was worth.

Percect getaway from the busy city life!

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage hoch über dem Stadttrubel von Artvin und sehr freundliche Angestellte, ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt und komme sehr gern wieder!

Pros:

Very beautiful location. The staff was friendly and very helpful with a minor problem I had. The rooms were clean and nice despite being a bit aged. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

Cons:

The internet connection was a bit bad but in a location as such it might be a plus :)

Pros:

The view from the balcony overlooking mountains and clouds
The drive through towns up the mountain, so many hairpin turn inside a town
The two ladies in the reception were super friendly

Cons:

Not all rooms have good mountain view, I were lucky and got an upgrade
Internet did not work

Pros:

It is quite a long and steep drive from downtown Artvin - but it is worth to go there. Calm, perfect air quality, great view. Manager very friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant was closed they offered us a fantastic and tasty dinner.

Cons:

Nothing, perfect stay.
