Cons:

Food quality gone down over last 3 yeara, buffet items not replenished at bfast or dinner...so come late you get leftover dried stuff.
Rooms (eg room 011) in SERIOUS need of repair (towel hook hanging off ready to fall, chips in bath, musty smell, etc).

Pros:

Le personnel a été vraiment très gentil , même a une heure du matin pour une demande assez spéciale, ils ont répondu présent, ils se sont adaptés a nous, merci beaucoup. Nous venions de participer aux 24h roller, nous avions besoin d'une bonne dose de sommeil , nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme de l'hôtel .

Cons:

Nous avons eu plusieurs fois du mal a ouvrir la porte avec la carte, mais peut-être dû a notre manque d'habitude ou notre fatigue . Cela nous empêchera pas de revenir si on reviens dans le coin .

The perfect location for a stopover, with a restaurant and staff that exceeded expectations
Pros:

Great location, easy to find, good parking. Excellent staff. Excellent restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. EV chargers very close to hotel entrance. There's an excellent walk around the nearby lake which has a large sandy beach for children. The room had air conditioning which was essential during the 42 deg C heat wave.

Cons:

The hotel complex seems to have been adopted by the white van fraternity - which is understandable given the location, facilities and cost. However, it does mean that there are a large number of very big vans in the car park. The drivers seemed to congregate by the window of our room for a smoke, drink and chat. We decided that it was time for a walk!
