Suurepärane!
Pros:

Esimest korda ning väga rahul kõigega. Üllatas, et kogu hotell oli nii puhas. Isegi dušširuumi põrandad olid täiesti puhtad, mida Tallinnas kohtab harva. Kirss tordil on teie hommikusöögi valik ning samuti väga mõnus voodi.

Pros:

Понравились завтраки и ужины.Рестораны с концертными программами.Обслуживание и питание.Быстро убирают со столов посуду,тем самым освобождая столы для посетителей .На рецепшене очень все милые и доброжелательные ❤️

Cons:

К нам не разу не пришли забрать мусор.Можно комнату не убирать,но предложить поменять полотенце и забрать мусор можно было бы.

Все , как всегда, здорово! В этот раз даже лучше. Останавливаемся здесь часто, только в свите. Получили свой любимый номер 900 с джакузи и новый халатик по размеру! Мелочь, казалось бы, но приятно!

Очень приветливый персонал, шикарное расположение, чистый воздух, вид из окна. Чистый номер.

Cons:

Из минусов. Достаточно скудный, бюджетный завтрак. Медленно работающие лифты, приходилось каждый раз очень долго ждать.

Spa was nice. The place where it is situated is in itself beautiful, also in the winter.

Cons:

As a person who cannot eat lactose, it was hard to tell what is eatable at breakfast and buffet dinner and what is not. The staff could not understand Estonian or English. It took some time to find a person, who understands Estonian and then even more to find information from the kitchen. It would be more reasonable to put the information about the food already by the food. As it came out, the choice of non-lactose food was very limited, which is quite disappointing.

По нашему мнению цена могла бы быть ниже.
Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал. Удобно, что выезд в 12:00 - можно успеть после завтрака посетить термы. Если кому-то это важно, то в термах общая раздевалка (М+Ж), удобно будет с разнополыми детьми.

Сам отель не новый, но всё чистенько

Väga hubane SPA paljude saunadega ja sooja basseiniga.
Pros:

SPA oli väga mõnus väike ja hubane. Kõik saunad olid olemas ja ruumid olid puhtad. Väga oluline, et SPAs oli väga mõnus soe. Mullivannides oli täpselt paras vesi st ei liiga soe, ega kuum. Restorani toit oli fantastiline - ülimaitsev kolmekäiguline Vabariigi aastapäeva menüü.

Cons:

Tuba oli natuke väike kahele inimesele, aga see oli teada juba broneerimisel.
