場所の相場から見れば安いなりでした
Pros:

チェックイン後は好きな時間に出入りが自由だった

Cons:

従業員が日本人でなかったからか、少し冷たい対応でした。
風呂場のシャワーは弱く、置いてあるシャンプーは泡も立たず洗ってる感が無かった

OK Value - Great Location But Comfort Lacking
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the Shin Okubo station, and steps away from all the shops.

Cons:

Place was a little run down - probably like many in the price range and area. The bed was a futon mattress so hard to begin with. The pillows however were really hard and uncomfortable - like sleeping on big bags of rice.

I would reccomend this hotel, I would recomend that the hotel make considerations for guests.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location. Air conditioner worked well and room was clean and quiet. The staff was polite.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was that my room had two small pillows. We had two adults in the room. I asked for an extra pillow and they denied my request, I understand they may not give out extra pillows but I think that is unreasonable.

absolutely nothing

Cons:

everything, felt extremely unsafe in the area and they would not let me cancel or get refund. not helpful at all. had to pay more to book somewhere else as i was at risk

Overall stay was enjoyable but had to search for a sim card so I had adequate phone internet access.
Pros:

Room was close to Shinjuku and reasonably priced.

Cons:

No working Wi-Fi really caused me to downgrade my review. Otherwise I would have no complaints with the staff, room, or price.
