Всичко ми харесва . 10 от 10 !!!
Домакините са страшно точни и печени . Помогнаха ни за превоз дори до механата . Много добро отношение . Стаите са супер ! Отново бихме посетили , препоръчвам мястото !!! Локацията също е топ !

Прекрасен хотел!
Pros:

Стаята беше много просторна, чиста и много топла предвид минусовите температури навън. Изключително сме впечатлени от персонала на хотела - мили, отзивчиви, винаги усмихнати. Локацията на хотела е перфектна - на пешеходно разстояние от центъра на Банско (6-7 мин.). Горещо препоръчваме и ще посетим отново!

Pros:

Location is near the center, but to visit Bansko in summer time is not an option, only for 1 night at best.
The room was basic, with a small refrigerator...

Cons:

The owners don't speak English and it was a bit difficult to communicate. No breakfast options were available or communicated to us..

Много отзивчиви собственици. Възпитани, коректни и внимателни хора.
Стаите са просторни, уютни и с всички удобства. Целият хотел много чист.
Тихо и спокойно място ,близо до центъра, парка и други места за отдих и културни развлечения.
Препоръчвам да бъдете гости на хотел"Мишел"!

Sejurul a fost conform asteptarilor.
Pros:

Cazarea a fost perfecta, camera curata, locația foarte accesibila, in partea veche a orașului. Acces rapid la strada pietonala, cu restaurante si cafenele.

Cons:

Noi am călătorit vara, era foarte cald si lipsa conditionalului a provocat un mic disconfort seara.

Pros:

Parking outside the hotel is nice and the staff is really nice even if they don't speak english.

Cons:

The rooms could be a little bigger and the location is very far from the center and especially from the Gondola. If you are not using a car I do not recommend this place as it is a 30 minutes walk from the center. It's also not suitable for ski/snowboard equipment storage.
