Fantastic choice
Pros:

Excellent location for opera city as ballet reason for trip. Near metro and convenience store as accomodation has kitchen and lounge area. Quiet too

Las prestaciones y la ubicación eran perfectas. Responden rápido, las gestiones de check-in y de acceso con códigos en la entrada y a la habitación son prácticas.
La cama era cómoda, la persiana tapaba bien la luz del sol, estaba todo limpio y era bastante silencioso.

Cons:

Lo único que podemos decir es que la ventilación debía estar activada en todo momento, generando un sonido leve constante, pero no resultaba molesto para descansar.

立地・コスパ良し
Pros:

立地（駅近、コンビニ飲食店多い）とコスパがよかったです！アメニティも充実してて清潔感もありました！

Cons:

使い捨てスリッパがあれば嬉しいです。普通の共有のスリッパだったので衛生面がちょっと気になりました。

Pros:

Rapport qualité-prix excellent. Cuisine sur l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée. Localisation près du transport en commun, à une station de la Gare Shinjuku.
