Pros:

Praticidade. Bom custo x benefício. Apesar de não ser localizado no centro mais movimentado de Tóquio, é de fácil acesso, e fica a 5 minutos do metrô. Lojas de conveniência, farmácia e restaurantes locais bem próximos!

Cons:

Não tem nada que tenha me desagradado.

Rustige plek in een Metropool
Pros:

Prima kamer. Niet al te groot maar met eigen badkamer en toilet. Gezamenlijke keuken. Voor Japanse begrippen prima. Handige verbinding richting alle hot spots via Hatsudai station op 300 meter lopen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks.

Proximité immédiate d'une station de métro (un arrêt de Shinjuku), grande autonomie d'accès aux équipements, bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Taille de la chambre très petite, lavabo quasi à côté du lit.
Bcp de sirènes la nuit (proximité d'une caserne de pompier et d'un commissariat..?)

Great Property
Pros:

Located in a really good area which was quiet but located right next to Hatsudai station for convenient access to the rest of Tokyo, just a stones throw from Shibuya. The room was very clean.
