An enjoyable stay with lots of good points.
Pros:

We like the shared kitchen (3rd floor). There was no coffee cups in the room (so had to borrow from the kitchen). With the kitchen we could cook our breakfast. Laundromat next door is convenient.
The accomodation has a lift (good for luggages).
Good instruction on how to reach the accommodation from the train station.
McDonald, Family Mart, Kitchen Origin and Aeon are walking distance away.

Cons:

The wash basin is outside the bathroom, and the floor is carpeted. It would be good if this area is tiled.

Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Wszelkie udogodnienia na miejscu. Za te pieniądze to bardzo przyzwoity hotel. Mało jest rzeczy, do których mogę się przyczepić.

Cons:

Dwie sprawy. Jedna mniej istotna to klaustrofobicznie mała łazienka, ale do przeżycia. Druga, dla mnie dużo gorsza - klimatyzacja jest zagrzybiala i brudna. Strach było ją odpalać :(

とても良かったです。
Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行った際たまたまスタッフの方とお会いして、とても親切に対応して頂きました。
ありがとうございます。
お掃除も行き届いていてとても清潔で良かったです。

Cons:

玄関に靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替えて部屋に入るのはびっくりしました。
何処かに記載されていたのか見逃したのか分かりませんが
分かっていたら自分のスリッパを持参したのにと思いました。

Super séjour à Port House Hatsudai
Pros:

Proche de la station de métro de Hatsudai, à seulement 1 arrêt de celle de Shinjuku, établissement propre offrant un service de qualité avec un accès aux espaces communs avec le nécessaire (eau, micro-ondés, bouilloire, etc.. et même une planche et un fer à repasser) ! Idéal si vous voulez être proche de tout sans forcément être dans le plein centre.

Całkiem przestronny pokój jak na Tokio. Czysto, cicho, w dogodnej lokalizacji. Kontaktowa, miła i pomocna obsługa.
Pros:

Wspólna przestrzeń gdzie można było przygotować i zjeść posiłek oraz możliwość zostawienia bagażu.

Wszystko super.

Pros:

About 1.5 blocks from the train station, super central, there was a 7/11 / family mart / Lawsons all also extremely close as well as great restaurants. One time our access code didn’t work and I called the hosts and they immediately fixed the problem within a few minutes. Super nice and clean would highly recommend this place and area if staying in Tokyo.

Cons:

Pretty small, not very many places to put baggage.

Fantastic choice
Pros:

Excellent location for opera city as ballet reason for trip. Near metro and convenience store as accomodation has kitchen and lounge area. Quiet too

Las prestaciones y la ubicación eran perfectas. Responden rápido, las gestiones de check-in y de acceso con códigos en la entrada y a la habitación son prácticas.
La cama era cómoda, la persiana tapaba bien la luz del sol, estaba todo limpio y era bastante silencioso.

Cons:

Lo único que podemos decir es que la ventilación debía estar activada en todo momento, generando un sonido leve constante, pero no resultaba molesto para descansar.
