Très bien !
Pros:

La procédure d’arrivée autonome est très simple. La chambre était assez spacieuse, propre, la salle de bain très bien avec une bonne pression dans la douche. Le quartier de l’hôtel est calme et pratique pour manger (restaurants et konbini). L’espace commun pour manger est également un plus.

Cons:

Légèrement excentré mais cela est normal à Tokyo et nous le savions.
Nous n’avons pas réussi à ouvrir la fenêtre, ce qui est un peu dommage (mais la clim marchait bien).

Location and locality is great!!!
Pros:

Location and locality both is great. There is a LUUP outlet right out the door. If you don't prefer walking. Hatsudai st. is super close.

Cons:

Room size can be a bit bigger but we didn't visit to stay in the room so it didn't matter.

Angenehm und ruhig
Pros:

Ruhige und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Zwei nette Gemeinschaftszimmer, eins am Eingang und eins im 3F
Stock. Gute und kurze Anbindung zur U-Bahnstation Hatsudai. Man hat sich auch um den Weiterversand unserer großen Koffer gekümmert.

An enjoyable stay with lots of good points.
Pros:

We like the shared kitchen (3rd floor). There was no coffee cups in the room (so had to borrow from the kitchen). With the kitchen we could cook our breakfast. Laundromat next door is convenient.
The accomodation has a lift (good for luggages).
Good instruction on how to reach the accommodation from the train station.
McDonald, Family Mart, Kitchen Origin and Aeon are walking distance away.

Cons:

The wash basin is outside the bathroom, and the floor is carpeted. It would be good if this area is tiled.

Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Wszelkie udogodnienia na miejscu. Za te pieniądze to bardzo przyzwoity hotel. Mało jest rzeczy, do których mogę się przyczepić.

Cons:

Dwie sprawy. Jedna mniej istotna to klaustrofobicznie mała łazienka, ale do przeżycia. Druga, dla mnie dużo gorsza - klimatyzacja jest zagrzybiala i brudna. Strach było ją odpalać :(

Super séjour à Port House Hatsudai
Pros:

Proche de la station de métro de Hatsudai, à seulement 1 arrêt de celle de Shinjuku, établissement propre offrant un service de qualité avec un accès aux espaces communs avec le nécessaire (eau, micro-ondés, bouilloire, etc.. et même une planche et un fer à repasser) ! Idéal si vous voulez être proche de tout sans forcément être dans le plein centre.

とても良かったです。
Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行った際たまたまスタッフの方とお会いして、とても親切に対応して頂きました。
ありがとうございます。
お掃除も行き届いていてとても清潔で良かったです。

Cons:

玄関に靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替えて部屋に入るのはびっくりしました。
何処かに記載されていたのか見逃したのか分かりませんが
分かっていたら自分のスリッパを持参したのにと思いました。
