Budget hotel with 5* experience
Pros:

What a fabulous find, basic, budget, traditional, family run hotel, close to the main gondola, ski hire, apres bars and great restaurants.

What it lacked in luxury, was certainly made up for in the warm, friendly welcome of the owners Marianna and her husband, who went over and above to make our stay as 5 star as possible, including arranging airport transfers, very late check-in, super toasty room, freshly cooked omelette every morning, and by far, the best coffee in Bansko!!!

Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again if ever I return.

Cons:

Maybe a dust behind the radiator and under the bed would have been good but that's me being very pernickety!!!

Pros:

Hotel is perfectly located near bars and restaurants, but on a quite street. It's only 5 minutes to the gondola. Very friendly hosts and tasty breakfast.

Locația aproape de gondolă,parcarea în curte,amabilitatea gazdelor,curățenia și căldura din cameră

Cons:

Paturile și saltelele și lenjeria de pat pot fi un pic îmbunătățite dar nu ne-a deranjat,în prețul plătit consider că locația merită nota 10. Vom reveni oricând cu drag.
Mulțumim frumos gazdelor pentru tot!

Will stay here again :)
Pros:

The hotel was very nice,cosy and clean. It is located right in the centre and near the ski lift. What I like most about the stay was the lovely hosts that made us feel like we are at home :)

Отлично място за почивка в подножието на Пирин
Pros:

Страхотен семеен хотел със много с много мили и приятелски настроени и услужливи домакини, готови да помогнат във всяка ситуация. Дори ни позволиха да останем в последния ден с няколко часа в повече. Включената закуска беше много вкусна, снимка на закуската е приложена. Наблизо до хотела има много различни заведения и магазини, а също така и централната пешеходна улица на Банско. Кабинковият лифт на Банско е на растояние в 10 минути пеш от хотела. Останахме много доволни във всички отношения и ако идваме отново в Банско, то вече знаем къде да отседнем.

Cons:

Единствено интернет от wi-fi понякога беше бавничък и видеата в YouTube не винаги зареждаха веднага на лаптопа ми.

Super séjour, établissement confortable et hôte particulièrement sympathique
Pros:

La vue depuis la chambre, donnant directement sur les montagnes, était très belle.
La chambre confortable, avec des draps et serviettes qui sentaient bon.
J'ai beaucoup aimé pouvoir échanger avec l'hôte qui parlait un français de très bonne qualité. C'était un échange très intéressant, qui donne tout de suite une dimension beaucoup plus riche à la relation avec les hôtes.
Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, et avoir une place réservée dans la rue était parfait aussi.
L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très très calmes (pas grand monde, c'était sans doute un peu hors saison en ce mois de septembre).

Cons:

Pas de point négatif ou à améliorer. J'ai beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cet établissement familial.

Great value for the money and attentive host.
Pros:

Location is definitely the biggest advantage of the property. The host Marina is very kind and friendly, she met our needs for everything we asked and was available at any time.

Cons:

Mattresses on beds were a bit uncomoftable. The shower drain was a little clogged.
