Pros:

Μειναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, μας άρεσε το φαγητό ήταν νόστιμο και είχε πολλή ποικιλία. Τα δωμάτια ήταν απλά αλλά καθαρά. Η εξωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η απόσταση είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο και υπάρχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ.

A Wonderful Stay with One Minor Drawback
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Hotel Grami in Bansko! The hotel offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the overall service was excellent. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the relaxing atmosphere, which made our short getaway even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would gladly return and highly recommend Hotel Grami to anyone visiting Bansko!

Cons:

One minor drawback was that bathrobes were available for an additional fee of €6 for the entire stay, despite the all-inclusive package. Although the fee was relatively small, this information should be communicated more clearly to guests upon arrival. Many guests were unaware of this option and ended up walking around the hotel wearing their jackets instead of bathrobes. Better communication about this service would certainly improve the overall guest experience.

The ideal package deal for a family with a toddler
Pros:

EVERYTHING. Variety of options for breakfast and very delicious options for dinner, we felt like we were in an exclusive restaurant. Room had everything we needed and we definitely enjoyed the relax centre to the maximum. The hotel is ideal for families and offers fun for children, and you can also borrow some children books for the rainy days - my toddler enjoyed it. The room was cleaned, and beds were made every day. Everyone was so polite and nice and accommodating. Already recommended it to everyone.

Останахме изключително доволни от престоя си! Бяхме с приятели и семейството ми и всичко беше прекрасно – чисто, уютно и подредено. Храната беше чудесна – вкусна, разнообразна и повече от достатъчна. Спокойна, безпроблемна почивка

Много отзивчива и любезна собственичка. Има паркинг, басейн, ресторант.
Има всичко необходимо за приятна и спокойна почивка в хотелчето. Храната е напълно достатъчна да задоволи нуждите ви. Атмосферата е приятна. Стаите са достатъчно големи, има тераси между етажите, които могат да се ползват от всички, което е голямо удобство за тези, които са преценили да резервират стая без тераса.

Cons:

Само за осветлението може да се помисли да бъде оптимизирано.
Осветлението в стаята е изключително слабо, не може да се чете книга например, а стаите, които са мансардни, предполага да бъдат компенсирани с добра светлина. Банята също е много тъмна.
Закуската по меню може да бъде една идея по-разчупена, подвижна, съобразителна, за да оставя прекрасното впечатление от вечерята.

Много приятно хотелче – чисто и уютно. Персоналът е усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Мили и приятелски настроени домакини.
Басейните са топли, СПА-то е малко, но супер поддържано.
Храната беше много вкусна и разнообразна, а локацията е удобна - спокойно място в новата част на града, близо до лифта и до центъра .
Чудесно хотелче за спокойна почивка.
Определено бихме се върнали отново !

Малък хотел с изключително организиране на пространството. Стаите са обзаведени с вкус и има всичко необходимо. Навсякъде има кътчета за отдих. Особено приятно впечатление ми направиха лоби терасите към всеки етаж. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Храната е разнообразна и много вкусна. Спа центърът е малък, но има сауна, парна, солна баня. Басейните са малки, но с топла вода.

Срещу хотела се строи. Ние бяхме през почивни дни, но в работни ще е малко шумно.
