lo staff gentilissimo e professionale
E la struttura molto bella.

Cons:

La nostra camera è sicuramente la peggiore in quanto esci sul balcone e ti trovi davanti una baracca di legno che copre tutta la visuale .sinceramente per quella cifra avrei voluto vedere qualcosa.
Altra nota stonata il materasso…è arrivato il momento di cambiarlo.

L'architettura del complesso è la vista sulle montagne. Ottimo il garage sotto l'hotel.

Il bagno non è da 4 stelle e in alcuni ambienti servirebbe una ristrutturazione moderna. Un po' caro il ristorante interno.

Il fatto che i clienti del albergo non possano accedere alla piscina o all'area benessere senza pagare 45 euro a persona lo trovo semplicemente folle e al limite del truffaldino. Il fatto si, è specificato in booking ma per nulla chiaro e trasparente.... inaccettabile a mio parere
