Hotel Monarch is truly one of the best hotels we stayed at in Batumi. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with great views. The air conditioning was excellent, and everything about the room was designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. The reception staff was incredibly friendly, always greeted us with a warm smile, and was extremely prompt and efficient in handling all our requests and queries. When it was raining, she thoughtfully provided us with umbrellas, which was such a lovely gesture.
We had an early morning train journey, and the hotel went above and beyond by packing our breakfast for the journey. The breakfast itself was lavish, fresh, and offered a great variety—an especially thoughtful service that we truly appreciated.
Overall, we had an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Monarch. Spacious rooms, beautiful views, excellent service, attentive staff, great breakfast, and prompt assistance—everything came together perfectly.
Highly recommended! One of the best hotels in Batumi, and definitely a place we would happily stay at again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location, very good breakfast, specious room with a view.
There was water on the bathroom floor, I told the staff about it and they said it was repaired but it wasn't - I had to walk on wet floor all the time. The cleaning lady saw it and left it like that.
TV did not work.
