הגענו ספונטנית לאילת וסגרנו במלון קיסר בפעם הראשונה, והופתענו לטובה במהלך השהות שלנו במלון.
כבר בהגעה שודרגנו לחדר טוב יותר רק בגלל שהיו חדרים פנויים.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה מאוד, נורית מנהלת קשרי הלקוחות המקסימה פינקה אותנו בארוחת ערב שגם הייתה טעימה ומגוונת מאוד (ואנחנו התארחנו בחול המועד פסח).
בבריכה נהננו מהנגן בוזוקי שהנעים לנו את הזמן.
המלון נקי מאוד החדרים, הלובי, האיזור של הבריכה ובאמת בסהכ החופשה הייתה מאוד מהנה והרבה בזכות שולמית ונורית המקסימות שדאגו לנו מעל ומעבר.

Cons:

בחלק מהחדרים המיטה זוגית היא שתי מיטות מחוברות וזה קצת מורגש במזרנים בלילה, למי שמפריע כדאי לברר באיזה חדרים זה קיים או לבקש ספציפית.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room. Lovely lobby. Food was plentiful, tasty with lots of cold and hot choices. Front desk staff was especially friendly and helpful. Location was great and parking was available.

צוות אדיב ומקצועי. מנהלת יחסי ציבור והזמנות בוקינג, נורית, אישה מדהימה, רגישה ואכפטית ... כאשר הגענו לבית המלון ופגשנו אותה, ציינו בשיחה שבאנו לחגוג יום הולדת ולהינות , וקיבלנו במייד הזמנה זוגית לקפה עם עוגה, מגש פרות וברכה חמה לחדר. בנוסף, ביום שבת שהחלו אזעקות גם באילת, נורית דאגה מאוד לשלומינו, שלחה הזמנה לארוחת צהריים והייתה כל הזמן בקשר איתנו עד שחזרנו הביתה. מדהימה ! בזכותה נחזור לבית המלון ונמליץ לכל החברים והמשפחה על אירוח במלון קיסר אילת.
תודה מכל הלב, נתראה בקרוב בעזרת ה'. טניה

חדרים יפים ומרווחים, נוף משגע לים ולהרים.
יחס מעולה בצורה בלתי רגילה של הצוות, במיוחד לציין את שולמית ונורית.
ארוחת בוקר מעולה- טעימה מאוד ובשפע. קפה טעים.
שדרגו לנו את החדרים ופינקו אותנו בארוחת ערב.
הלוואי ויכולנו להאריך. מקווים לחזור בקרוב.

צ'ק אין מזעזע. בשל אי יכולת של הצוות לזהות תשלום שבוצע דרך בוקינג, נאלצנו לשלם שוב ישירות למלון, ובעצם פעמיים - טרם נמצא פתרון או החזר.

צוות המלון היה מקסים והשירות היה אדיב ביותר, נורית המנהלת הייתה אדיבה וניסתה בכל דרך להנעים את השהות שלנו. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת והחדרים מאוד נקיים

הגישה החוצה מהמלון לטיילת עוברת דרך החנייה, לפעמים זה פחות נוח עם משפחה
