צוות המלון היה מקסים והשירות היה אדיב ביותר, נורית המנהלת הייתה אדיבה וניסתה בכל דרך להנעים את השהות שלנו. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת והחדרים מאוד נקיים

חופשה קצרה ומהנה ממליצה בחום

Meilleur accueil en Israël !
Pros:

Nous avons rarement reçu un tel accueil et un tel service au sein d’un hôtel en Israël. La directrice Nurit nous a accueilli comme si nous étions des VIP. Elle a été à l’écoute de nos moindres demandes et besoins. Le personnel au restaurant et au ménage ont été adorables. Je retournerais dans cet hôtel avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Eilat.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et a été récemment rénové. Il manque peut être un restaurant gastronomique pour en faire un hôtel 5*

שהות מושלמת!
Pros:

סגרנו חופשה במלון קיסר (משפחה בת 6 נפשות - 2 מבוגרים, 2 ילדים ו-2 תינוקות) ולמען האמת היינו די סקפטיים משום שמעולם לא ביקרנו במלון.
מיד כשהגענו למלון בקבלה קיבלנו שירות אדיב ונעים מליאל המקסימה שקיבלה אותנו בסבר פנים יפות.
כשקיבלנו את החדר נדהמנו מרמת הניקיון והחדר היה מרווח מאד, עם מרפסת שמשקיפה ללגונה, חדר נעים ונקי הופתענו לטובה!!!!
יום לפני שסיימנו את החופשה התקשרה אלינו נורית המקסימה מהקבלה ואמרה לנו שמחכה לנו שובר של 4 ארוחות מלאות בקפיטריה בבריכה. קיבלנו את הארוחות בשפע וכל טוב.
השהות במלון הייתה מושלמת, ענתה על הציפיות שלנו מעל ומעבר. גם חדר האוכל היה מגוון ובשפע, נקי וטעים מאד!
רוצים להודות שוב לצוות המקסים במלון קיסר, אין שום ספק שנחזור שוב ושוב בע״ה.
