Pros:

Minha experiência no Monte Selva Hotel Spa Termal, em Baños de Agua Santa, teve pontos muito positivos, mas também alguns aspectos que precisam melhorar.

O banho termal foi maravilhoso, uma experiência extremamente agradável e relaxante, sem dúvida um dos destaques da estadia.

O passeio pela fábrica de chocolate também foi muito bom. A moça responsável pela apresentação foi excelente, muito atenciosa e conduziu a visita de maneira interessante e agradável.

Por outro lado, o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. O buffet foi péssimo, com opções e qualidade muito abaixo do esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. O que salvou a experiência foi a gentileza de prepararem um ovo frito na hora.

Gostaria também de mencionar os recepcionistas Alexander e Karen e fazer um reconhecimento especial ao Armando, um funcionário espetacular, que merece destaque pelo seu trabalho.

De modo geral, o hotel proporciona experiências muito agradáveis, especialmente nas águas termais, mas precisa dar mais atenção à qualidade do café da manhã, pois esse detalhe faz muita diferença na experiência dos hóspedes.

El personal es muy amable y presto para ayudar especialmente en restaurante, área de piscina y bar el personal de limpieza de habitaciones también muy gentiles, la piscina es temperada y muy agradable, el desayuno es tipo bufete y cuenta con buena variedad.

Cons:

Tuve una habitación interna donde de escuchaban muchos ruidos y venían los olores de otras habitaciones, el tono de la persona en recepción ( un tanto despectivo) al entregarnos esa habitación ya lo dijo todo.

Das Zimmer war gut und geräumig. Das Bett war exzellent

Leider ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig gewesen. Das Internet konnte leider nicht zu jeder Zeit angeboten werden.

Ubicación. El personal amable. La piscina y el restaurante me gustan mucho.

Cons:

Se coincidió con un grupo grande y muy bullicioso, no dejaron descansar. En la habitación siempre faltaba algo: agua caliente. Papel. Shampoo. Luego de solicitar nos ayudaban.
