Pros:

El desayuno excelente, nos gustó mucho. Fue un bufete muy variado y rico, fue distinto cada día de nuestra estancia. Excelente lugar para ir con niños. Para ser un lugar sencillo, estuvo bastante bien. El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

La comida fuera de horas del bufete tarda muchísimo tiempo, pero es rica.

We loved staying at Monte Selva..No regrets at any point of our stay

Our stay at Monte Selva was a 10/10 . The staff is very welcoming, helpful, accommodating, kind but most importantly very courteous providing an excellent customer service at the spa area, restaurant, bar and lobby. We really enjoyed our stay that we would recommend anyone that visits Baños to stay there and we are looking forward to visiting Monte Selva in the future. The location was excellent, is walking distance to the center of the city where there’s many bars, restaurants. The food at the Monte Carlo restaurant is not only very good in taste but in prices as well. The filet mignon is a must try. We enjoyed very much the thermal waters and saunas that were indoors and outdoors we had the hot tub and pool. Our room was very very clean and had a big window to enjoy the beautiful view. We had a great time 😊
