Dissapointing.
Pros:

The sea views.

Cons:

A big spend on an extension yet the restaurant had the atmosphere of a village hall and the food was circa 1970s pub fayre. Also the breakfast was uninspiring. One choice. Full English. Pathetic for this day and age and at 220 a night for the room very dissapointing. This place needs a shake up.

Spektakuläre Übernachtung in urigem Fischerdorf
Pros:

Cons:

A poor experience - shame because we used to love this old pub - but its really quite poor.
Pros:

its is still a remarkable location and the views cant be faulted. Nice staff doing breakfast and a comfy bed did make up for things to some extent.

Cons:

No food available , bar closed at 2000, staff surly on arrival, room had serious damp problems and had overwhelming smell. Generally felt as if the hotel had been stripped of all valuable items and a bare shell left. We were left wondering if the Ferry is trading whilst in administration or is close to closing down. We cannot rate it any higher than poor. Also it is notably expensive for what is a remarkably run down inn with rooms.
