Departamento acogedor
Pros:

Es un departamento muy cómodo, la ubicación buena, buenas instalaciones, camas cómodas, habitaciones de buen tamaño, tenía 2 baños y medio, el precio está muy bien para lo que ofrece, el anfitrión estuvo al pendiente de mi llegada, mando las instrucciones para entrar al departamento, me tocó en la parte baja del edificio, gracias por sus atenciones.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. L’appartement était doté de tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille. 2 terrasses avec vue sur la jungle. Joliment décorées, les chambres avaient chacune sa propre salle de bain. La literie très confortable. Ensemble sécurisé avec accès contrôlé à l’entrée.
La piscine en rooftop excellente !!!! La cuisine équipée

Our family enjoyed staying in the apartment and would happily stay there again.
Pros:

The location is very quiet. The pool was very nice, especially right outside of the master bedroom. The accommodations inside were very comfortable. The decor and cleanliness were also very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We didn't like the road conditions leading to the property, but this is a critique of the local infrastructure rather than the property itself.

Nice location but very humid
Pros:

The location. Very central, the appartment has 2 bedrooms and each has a bathroom. The appartment is big and well decorated

Cons:

The appartment was very humid, we found fungus in some furniture and curtains, therefore i would not stay there again. You can notice by entering the room how it smells to humidity, is impossible to sleep properly with the odor. This is probably not healthy.

Luxury haven in a developing neighborhood.
Pros:

Beautiful luxury apartment in a neighborhood under development. Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in with door codes. Located in a quiet area away from the hustle of Tulum.

Cons:

The water pressure in the showers could be better. The road to get to the apartment building is very very bumpy and hard to drive on if you don’t have a truck.

Pros:

The apartment was great value for money. It is as beautiful and luxurious as the pictures. Nice small private pool and general facilities. We really enjoyed it!

Cons:

The state of the road on the side of the building where the parking is. It's a gravel road with deep holes and when it rains they fill up rapidly, making it a muddy adventure. There is alot of construction around, so the road gets worse and worse because of the heavy machinery.

Pros:

The apartment was luxurious and very comfortable.

Cons:

The road to get there is not paved and had a lot of holes with water. The noise from other apartments could be heard at any time.
