Sehr freundliches Personal.
Selbstbedienungsfrühstück war entspannt.
Guarda ist wunderschön.
Das Zimmer Spatzennest war sehr klein, würde beim nächsten Mal ein grösseres buchen.
La struttura è molto bella e romantica e arredata con gusto e con cura in ogni dettaglio.
Mi è piaciuto che nella sezione della struttura dove ho soggiornato ci fosse molta autonomia rispetto alla colazione, alla gestione della cucina e del banco té durante tutto il giorno.
Molto comodo anche il fatto che l'area SpA fosse proprio in quella sezione.
La mia camera (512) era buia per via delle due piccole finestrelle (abbastanza normale nelle case engadinesi), mentre altre erano decisamente più luminose. Se qualcuno volesse soggiornare per un periodo lungo, consiglio di chiedere una camera luminosa.
Secondo il mio parere il prezzo per la cena è eccessivo per la cena proposta, sebbene fosse buona.
La gestione in autonomia di alcuni spazi comuni comporta qualche inconveniente, come non trovare più il burro per la colazione già alle 9 del mattino oppure arrivare alle 18 in sauna e trovare proprio l'ultimo asciugamano disponibile.
La porta di servizio resta sempre socchiusa, probabilmente per motivi pratici, questo però vuol dire che nella Stube e in tutto il piano fa abbastanza freddo.

Manque de méticulosité dans le service : plus de savon pour les mains , produit douche quasi vide.
A 8h30 déjà certains produits manquent au petit dej.
Impossible de faire fonctionner correctement le jacuzzi. Sol du spa extrêmement glissant quand il est mouillé .

Zimmer waren zu warm, keine Möglichkeit Temperatur herunter zu stellen.
Skvělá lokalita, krásné ubytování. Výhled je dechberoucí.
Stunning setting in an ancient village of real Romansche culture
The “Romantica” accommodation advertised here was inappropriate for my work trip- tiny room and no real desk. Fortunately the hotel owns several properties in the village and they found me a small suite that was suitable.
