Nice stay
Pros:

Clean, tidy and what I expected and will be back again.

Cons:

The bathroom made funny noises when running the water or flushing the toilet.

Definitely worth a stop+
Pros:

Brilliant food and very convenient for our trip up north. Nice private car park and lovely staff. There was a very friendly lady folding laundry when we were leaving. She was the cherry on top of our visit and made us feel very welcome. This is our new stop off point for travelling north.

Cons:

A little more information on checkin would have been useful, like wifi password and the checkout time. I also think they're missing a trick not having menu's in every room, as we'd have been very disappointed to have missed the pizza and calzone.

Nice hotel and great restaurant
Pros:

Great rooms in the hotel, though the wifi can be a bit weak in some rooms. The restaurant is fabulous and very popular with the locals. There is a bus stop close by so getting to Glasgow is very easy. You can also take the bus to the train station for either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
There is plenty to see in the area with Stirling castle, the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel nearby.

would not stay there again, only 2 night, would have moved if stay was longer

Cons:

Lift was out of order and we were not offered any help with our cases , Toilet door did not fit correctly and had to be slammed to shut it. Toilet too close to shower and sick, bathroom very small, when toilet used skin touched cold glass of the shower cubicle. We could not open the window as there was too much noise from the kitchen extraction fan and an overwhelming smell of curry. Kettle did not switch off once it started boiling and the cup were odd sizes. Remote for TV battery compartment kept falling off. Brown marks on the wall next to the bed, sink was dirty, toilet brush was dirty. No drawers for underwear. No hook to hang wet coats on.
