The location was grand. Big carpark. Room was ok. Stuff working at night was friendly... So was the room service ladies. Quick check in and out.
The staff at the check in was too busy to talk.. you could see it in her face that she was struggling. Some places on the carpet were heaving stained. Baseboards covered in grime and biological marks. it felt like surface level tidy up rather than a proper clean. Done debris staining inside the toilet.
The whorst hotel in uk. Bed sheets smell at sweat and cury and window dosent close. Ay left after 1 hour . Ay don’t recomand this hotel to nobody.
Everything was excellent
Even staff brought my meal to my room after driving since 10am
We had to knock to get into hotel at 10 15pm
Maybe u should inform people that the doors close at a certain time

Easy parking. Excellent value for money. Fantastic en suite and good menu choices in the restaurant.
Lift out of order. Not a real problem but would have made things easier.

The restaurant and food were excellent. The hotel was very nicely decorated and comfortable
The room we were in overlooked the back of the hotel which was quite noisy, the extractor fans from the kitchen started at 5 o'clock in the morning
Leaving
Dirty bedding, on an overused knackered mattress, lack of bath, rudest most condescending woman I've ever encountered. When I said I wasn't happy the woman laughed and said I wasn't getting my money back. Worst hotel I've ever visited. £128 theft!
The food was good
Only cold water from the shower. So I could not bath
The property was really nice and very clean with enough facilities. The place was also excellent
The only problem was the old lady staff at reception during checkout. She was rude and was not behaving well
The location.
We got given keys to a room that had not been cleaned despite arriving late at night. No other rooms were available apparently. We had to wait 1h while the poor solo night shift staff was scrambling left and right to sort us out.
No complaints from guys.
