Regrets making the reservation at this hotel.
Pros:

Staff was rude, unfriendly. Couldn’t even provide information to get car service to the airport. Hotel is too far from the Centrair airport not matching what was printed on the website.

Cons:

Staff was rude, lacked desired to help to get car service. Didn’t allow my guest to use the bathroom. There was no bathroom by the lobby. The lobby has a scent as if it was not well maintained. Website provided misleading information about the distance from the airport.

Easy to access train station. Friendly staff.
Pros:

The train station is behind the hotel.
So it’s easy to get to the Nagoya airport.

Cooked Breakfast is available. It was delicious.
The restaurant owner was friendly, and we had a good conversation while having a dinner.

Cons:

Northing much.
