Lovely hotel in the centre of Hawes. Good location to visit other tourist spots.
No parking on site. Public parking limited.
Food is good, but limited menus.
We loved the location, it was right in the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and professional, couldn't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. Our room was a really good size and was decorated very tastefully. We had an evening meal and breakfast and both were delicious.
Our room at the front of the building had a lovely view of the church, it was beautiful, but we were next to a road, so if you are a light sleeper it might disturb you, but this wouldn't stop us staying again, as we were very welcomed and it is a beautiful establishment. Very homely.
Great pub in prime location
No parking, Hawes was reasonably quiet the weekend we stayed so got street parking very close to the white hart.
However thus would possibly stop me from coming in the summer months.
Cosy pub and the food is absolutely exceptional. Including the breakfast
Central location food excellent clean welcoming room
Nothing
Great stay with comfortable beds. Food and staff were excellent especially the breakfasts.
Be aware, the bedrooms are above the pub, so might be tricky if you want an early night and are a light sleeper. Black out blinds could be a struggle in the mornings during summer.
Lovely stay, spotless room, friendly staff and a superb breakfast - real good quality ingredients, overall an excellent stay
A really nice pub with great staff and amazing food. We had a superb meal and the vegetarian breakfast the following morning was the best we’d had in years - possibly ever. Ace.
Nothing.
The room was spotlessly clean an warm an comfy with a fantastic view the staff were really friendly and attentive the the breakfast and evening meal was fantastic !!
Excellent breakfast
The internet TV package was a bit of a fuss to get the channel required
Location , comfortable room and food was great
Lack of parking . No Lounge area .
Very nice place to stay, friendly & helpful staff, nice room, food was great and lots of it too which was perfect after a big walk in the hills. The open fire in the bar / dining area made it warm and cosy and our room was nice and warm too with heating that we could control. Parking was free in the market place nearby. I'd already read the good reviews before coming, so wasn't surprised it was good!
Breakfast was amazing - good variation - all fresh produce.
Bed was comfy and the room exceptionally clean !
If I have to say something , would be the bathroom was very cold !
Large spacious, newly refurbished bedroom and bathroom. Light and airy.
Prices in restaurant very expensive
