Gastfreundschaft vom Feinsten
Pros:

Wir hatten 3 Einzelzimmer. Jedes Zimmer hatte Bad mit Dusche und Waschtisch, Fön, WC, einen Tisch mit Sessel, eine Garderobe mit Ablage, einen Kleiderschrank mit Hängern und Fächern, ein breites Bett, sehr angenehm zum Schlafen, über 2 Meter lang, mit Nachttisch und Leselampe. Es gab genügend Steckdosen, das WLAN war im ganzen Haus hervorragend. Am Balkon waren ein Tisch und 2 Sessel. Blitzsauber, wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt, jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Von der Rezeption bis zum Servierpersonal sprechen alle zumindest Englisch, manche deutsch. Jeder bemüht sich, den Aufenthalt für die Gäste angenehm zu machen. Es gibt nicht viele Parkplätze, aber einmal hat ein Kellner seinen Wagen für uns weggestellt, damit wir parken können. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und günstig.
Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Bosnien werden wir dieses freundliche Haus bestimmt wieder auswählen.

Cons:

Das einzige ist beim Frühstück der Kaffee vom Automaten, sehr schwach, aber das kann man mit einem Cappuccino vom Restaurant um BAM 2,50 (€ 1,25) gut lösen

Pros:

War alles gut besonders das Frühstück und das Personal. Hatte vergessen mein Zimmer zu bezahlen was ich heute in Sarajevo nachholen konnte. Danke für das entgegen kommen.

Pros:

Das Rezeptionspersonal war super: Der Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer wurde anstandslos organisiert (Zimmerseite war zur Restaurant-Terrasse). Das Restaurant-Personal war ebenfalls immer sehr engagiert. Das Hotel liegt zentral mit grün und Wasser umgeben.

Pros:

Vsi zaposleni izredno prijazni in ustrežljivi. Resnično vsi od receptork in receptorja do natakarjev, čistilk. Vse je super čisto. Sobe mogoče malo manjše prav tako kopalnica vendar je to za takšne hotelčke normalno. TV ima XL shemo, zelo dober Wifi. Zajtrk je raznovrsten in okusen. Najboljša baklava že po.zajtrku ob kavici. Če kaj pogrešaš pa priskrbijo..nič ti ne manjka. Vzdušje prijetno, lep razgled, top lokacija. V restavraciji okusne jedi. Gostov nikoli ne manjka.

Cons:

Malo.parkirnih mest in mogoce bi koga zmotila glasba iz restavracije.
