Sve preporuke za posjetit ovaj divni grad.
Što se tiče smještaja i usluge u hotelu prezadovoljna.
Osoblje jako ljubazno,hrana ukusna i veoma uredno i čisto.
Hotel se nalazi po meni na najljepšoj lokaciji u gradu.
Kad budem ponovo dolazila opet bi se odlučila za isti smještaj.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett gut. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Fußgängerzone und Innenstadt sowie dem Park mit Fluss.

Cons:

Zur Rückseite liegt das Hotel zu einem Park, mit der Vorderseite liegt es an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße, mit entsprechendem Lärm. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist gut, das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, wenig Auswahl, geringe Qualität, es ist tragisch. Die Zimmer sind wie in einem Kloster, winzig klein, karg eingerichtet. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, sodass Lärm und Kälte nicht abgehalten werden. Die Bettdecke war nur sehr dünn, eine weitere Decke gab es nicht. Der Tisch ist so groß wie ein Blatt Papier, der Stuhl zwischen Stuhl und Schrank eingeklemmt, sodass man nicht darauf sitzen kann. es gibt aber auch nicht genügend Platz, um ihn woanders hinzustellen. Der Schrank ist sehr schmal. den Koffer kann man nicht auspacken, es gibt aber auch nicht genügend Platz, ihn anderswo abzulegen. Das Bad ist ebenfalls winzig klein. Insgesamt kann man hier übernachten, möchte man aber nicht. Hinzukommt, dass das WLAN sehr instabil (es war nur immer mal wieder für Sekunden da) und wenn vorhanden, langsam war.

Pros:

Location is nice, next to the city, surrounded by the river. Staff at the restaurant during breakfast was friendly. Wifi worked ok.

Cons:

The place needs to decide if it is a hotel or it is a disco club. During our stay all evenings the music from the restaurant was so loud that the bed frame was vibrating. So basically till midnight no rest. The hotel didn’t contact us in advance that they plan to have parties, we would have considered another hotel had we known. Parking is offered on site, however, so chaotic and frankly anyone can park if they wish and we saw random people doing that. So it’s a lottery if you get a space. English was a problem for the reception, it’s fine, you don’t need to speak English but then please use Google or something to communicate. Hotel smells badly of cigarettes, corridor is particularly affected. Overall the room is quite worn out and seen better days.

Pros:

Osoblje je jako ljubazno, što god da smo pitale za infomacije sve su nam ljubazno objasnili sa osmjehom na licu. Hotel je praktički preko puta parka u kojem su se održavali koncerti povodom Nove godine. Uzele smo noćenje sa doručkom. Sobe su vrlo čiste. Hotel ima restoran u kojem smo večerale prefinu bosansku hranu. Švedski stol je imao sve za vrlo dobar doručak uz predivan pogled na rijeku Unu.
