Ambient plăcut! Frumos amenajat

Nu am putut servi masa pt că nu aveau bucătar, deși există restaurant în incintă și reclame în toată stațiunea cu restaurantul

Cons:

Personal and their behavior. When I arrive and call the reception to indicate where do I park, they told me that there a no rooms available, instead that I received booking.com previous confirmation. I told them to resolve the situation, finally they find an available room, without any waiting. My impression was that they didn't want to realy rent availabilities.

Nu recomand, nu puteți avea încredere că ce găsiți acolo este conform rezervării.
Pros:

Pensiunea este bine amplasată, priveliștea frumoasă. Stațiunea Borsec este superbă.

Cons:

Am rezervat o cameră cu pat matrimonial, călătoream cu un copil de 3 luni și era important acest aspect, rezervarea a fost confirmată, când am ajuns acolo ne-au spus că au dat camera altcuiva și ne pot oferi doar o cameră twin. Am fost nevoiți să căutăm cazare în altă parte.

Прекрасный отель Расположен на холме в шаговой доступности от центра городка СПА не далеко Отель очень домашний ,персонал отзывчивый, еда свежая и вкусная, очень чисто, убирают каждый день Все очень понравилось Обязательно хотим попробовать отдохнуть зимой

Cameră mare, spațioasă, balcon, pat confortabil, baie mare
Curățenie, liniște

Cons:

In prima seară a fost dată căldura într-un anumit interval orar și era cam rece în cameră.
A doua zi am sesizat acest lucru și au remediat situația.
Iarna e nevoie de căldură...

Curat, spațios, modern, conform optim.

Cons:

Un pic cam răcoare in cameră, deși am setat termostatul pentru temperatura mai mare caloriferele au rămas reci .
Noroc că am plecat din cameră, iar la întoarcere căldură era pornită si peste noapte a fost ok.
