Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an und es gibt leider auch keine alternative Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.

A clean, well equipped apartment for an overnight stay while visiting Phantasialand
Pros:

The room & bathroom felt clean & was spacious, comfy beds, good shower. Parking onsite that was easy.

Cons:

As the restaurant downstairs was closed and there is no reception we were not greeted on arrival. However after a phone call with the owner we were given instructions as to how to enter our room. It was spacious and clean. The 3rd bed (a sofa bed) wasn’t made do I had to make it into a bed & find sheets in the hallway.

Was een nette en schone accomodatie.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was er niemand. De deur was open er waren mensen aan het werk. Niemand kon ons helpen. Heb eerst paar keer nummer gebeld en er nam niemand op. Meteen booking.com. gebeld. Ze konden me nog niet helpen omdat we tussen 12 en 13 uur aan zouden komen. We waren er 12:15. Dus nog even gewacht bij de deur van restaurant die gesloten was ivm vakantie. Later zag één van ons twee sleutels liggen en konden we de kamers in. Later belde de eigenaar nog terug.
Was jammer dat ze vakantie hadden want leek mooi restaurant. Er zijn genoeg bakkerijen waar je ontbijtje kunt halen en supermarkt en tankstation in de buurt.

Het was een mooie, ruime kamer. Het 2-persoonsbed had goeie matrassen. Het zetelbed was iets minder en maakte wat lawaai bij het bewegen. We kregen voldoende handdoeken, er was airco en WiFi.
Het hotel ligt vlakbij Phantasialand, de reden dat we dit gekozen hebben.

Cons:

Het hotel ziet er van buiten niet zo uitnodigend uit. Er is ook een restaurant maar dat was gesloten wegens verlof. Daardoor leek het hotel ook gesloten. We belden aan, maar er gebeurde niets. Dan maar met de gsm gebeld, maar er werd niet opgenomen. Gelukkig werd ik binnen de minuut terug gebeld. De man aan de lijn was heel vriendelijk en heeft uitgelegd hoe we binnen geraakten en waar alles lag.
Binnen in de gang was het niet zo netjes, er lag werkmateriaal op de overlopen. Maar eenmaal in onze kamer, zag het er allemaal uit zoals op de foto´s.
Als je een hotel zoekt met receptie, ontbijt en personeel dat aanwezig is, kies je best iets anders. Al weet ik natuurlijk niet hoe het gaat als het restaurant wel geopend is.

Cet établissement été conforme à nos attentes, du reste à chaque fois que nous y descendons nous sommes toujours bien accueilli, la propreté des chambres est parfait.

La atencion fue genial.Nos trataron como en casa.Dormimos genial y muy tanquilos.Es grandisima la habitacion.El restaurante del hotel se come genial y no muy caro.El ultimo dia nos dieron de cenar aun no teniendo gente y queriendo cerrar.Parking gratis.Gracias.

Cons:

Por poner un pero.....que no hay ascensor y hay que subir dos plantas para subir a la habitacion.a nosotros no nos importo pero bueno ,abra gente que no pueda subir tanto.
