Great location amazing staff and good food and the spa treatments so good too

The staff was amazing from the lobby staff to the restaurant and service staff and the spa girls so friendly and helpful

Very elegant place, easy access to everything.
Pros:

The staff texted me asking if I wanted my room cleaned. I appreciated the text rather than just cleaning - very respectful. They also gave me a free room upgrade which was appreciated.

Noisy and unclean. It’s definitely gone down hill since I stayed last year sadly.
Pros:

Proximity to beach and the quieter end of town. Onsite cafe is great!

Cons:

I was given an upgraded room which was amazing however I don’t think it had been used in a while. It was very dusty and the sheets weren’t clean.

A lovely hotel exceeded all of my expectations
Pros:

You could not get any nearer to the beach but when you were in the hotel and pool it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff were always on hand and were cheerful and polite.i used the onsite spa and was very impressed with the quality of staff
