Super schöner Aufenthalt, ich werde gerne wiederkommen!
Pros:

Ich hatte ein schönes großes Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check-In mittels Code und die Korrespondenz verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super, fußläufig sind die Altstadt, Cafés und Restaurants und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider ist es etwas hellhörig, man hört viel von den anderen Gästen und von der Straße. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, wird sicherlich Probleme mit der Treppe bekommen.

vorher keine information, dass das hotel innen im moment total saniert wird
kein frühstück bzw. auch keine personal vorhanden - nur telefonisch zu erreichen
angebotener parkplatz war voll
hinweis grundsätzlich - die treppe ist extrem steil und eng - mit koffer unangenehm zum transportieren - für gehbehinderte ungünstig

Pros:

Ich hatte die falsche Woche gebucht. Zwei „Mann“ haben alles unternommen, dass ich ein Zimmer bekomme, und das andere kostenlos storniert.
Außerdem toll: Sehr gemütliches, uriges Zimmer mit Ambiente und einer kleinen startbereiten Kaffeemaschine, do dass der Morgen gut losgeht 👍
Super Lage am Ende der Fußgängerzone.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich gut und der Preis war ziemlich günstig.

Cons:

Holpriger Check-in. Wir haben keinen Pin per Mail bekommen und bei den diversen Telefonnummern ist niemand rangegangen. Erst als ein anderer Gast uns ins Hotel ließ haben wir noch eine weitere Handynr entdeckt, die dann richtig war.
Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als angegeben. Es war ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sauber. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.
