Pros:

Wir waren jetzt schon drei Mal in diesem Hotel, wir kommen immer wieder gerne her! Die Unterkunft ist einmalig schön, gut gelegen, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel!

Casa con encanto, aunque no bien acabada.

Cons:

No me llegaba el PIN para el acceso y tuve que llamar por teléfono. Estuve esperando bastante tiempo a que me lo dijeran. Es una llamada internacional con un coste considerable. La comunicación no ha sido ágil. El suelo de la habitación tiene escalón. Es una pena, porque es una casa bonita pero en la reforma no la han dejado bien.

Passend und durchaus zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Super schöne Zimmer, tolle Lage und Parkplatz kostenfrei vorhanden

Cons:

Personal angerufen wegen Schlüsselcode, angeblich SMS kam nie an. „Da haben sie aber jetzt Glück, dass ich den Code dabei habe“ war nicht gerade freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sonst war alles top.

Absolut schlechtes Hotel
Cons:

Ich war in Zimmer 31 und es hat nach Abfluss/ Gulli im ganzen Zimmer gerochen. Allgemein war das Zimmer sehr unsauber. In der Kaffeemaschine ist starker Schimmel. Auf dem Tisch lagen überall Kekskrümmel. Am Türrahmen ist Blut / Dreck / etc.
Und die Heizung funktioniert nicht.
Ich hab die Heizung, den Geruch und die Sauberkeit beim Personal reklamiert. Jedoch wurden lediglich die Kekskrümmel beseitigt.
Mir wurde durch das Personal mitgeteilt das ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich ist jedoch gab es Online bei booking.com noch 7 Verfügbare Zimmer.
Somit muss ich leider sagen das ich davon abraten würde hier zu buchen. Für mich war es kein schöner Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Wunderschönes altes Fachwerkhaus mit tollen Holzmöbeln auf den Zimmern.
Auf Anfrage durften wir bereits früher einchecken.
Der telefonische Kontakt zum Personal war sehr freundlich. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir auch erklärt wo sich der kostenlose Parkplatz befindet, sodass wir ihn bei der Anreise gut finden konnten (s. Foto - er befindet sich rechts hinter dem geschlossenen Kiosk).
Das Bett war für mich bequem (für meinen Partner etwas zu weich). Bad und Zimmer waren sauber, bis auf zwei kleine staubige Ecken.
Unser Zimmer war Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass wir von der Umgebung nichts gehört haben.
Die Lage ist super da man zu Fuß die Veste sowie die Altstadt gut erreichen kann.

Cons:

Wir waren in der Nebensaison da sodass die Unterkunft nicht voll ausgebucht war. Trotzdem konnten wir vereinzelt die Zimmernachbarn hören da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. In der Hauptsaison könnte der Schlaf mehr darunter leiden.
Vor Ort war nur morgens beim Checkout eine Dame vom Personal anwesend. Ansonsten ist niemand da (was ich durch andere Bewertungen zum Glück bereits wusste).

Preiswertes, zentrales und hübsches Zimmer, aber etwas hellhörig.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und ist gut ausgestattet(Kaffeemaschine +Wasser auf dem Zimmer). Preis-Leistung ist sehr sehr gut!
Bett war bequem und die Einrichtung war schön! Toll ist auch, dass der Check-In & Check-out mittels Code sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt ist das Zimmer extrem hellhörig! Wenn sich die Nachbarn an die Nachtruhe halten jedoch kein Problem.

Uraltes Haus, wunderbar zu wohnen.

Wunderbar, wenn ein uraltes Haus so hervorragend umgebaut wird.
