Worst experience, I ever had on hotel booking using Booking.com. They didn't give breakfast, even though I booked along with breakfast. Booking.com committed they will share invoice within a day. But there is no response.

Lodge type room with pathetic bathroom but fitted with AC
Cons:

Mattress was damaged. Bathroom was not clean. Old closet. Tiles are stained. Bathroom mat was wet and does not absorb water. Pillow cover looked old. Fan regular knob is missing. No hot water in shower. Wash basin tap's knob is missing.
