Pros:

El hotel es antiguo, muy bien mantenido, las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas, el baño limpio y amplio, camas muy confortables.
El personal súper atento a cualquier consulta o necesidad.
El restorán al lado de la piscina súper lindo, excelente desayuno buffet y almuerzos y cenas a la carte delicioso todo.
La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo en Fort Cochi.

Wonderful people, charming small hotel
Pros:

Staff were incredible. My wife had a fall in town and the manager supported her in hospital with amazing kindness. All staff went out their way to help. Hotel is charming - we had a very roomy heritage room. Only small issue was delay in hot water in bathroom and inconsishower temperature.

Pros:

We loved the age and look of the Hotel. Heritage buildings are a favourite of ours. Our house in Australia was built in 1923.
The staff were fantastic and a great help to in finding the best places to go.
Thanks to everyone for looking after us and especially the front staff who really gave a a visit to remember.

Sehr schön um von hier aus die Stadt zu erkunden!
Pros:

gutes Frühstück, Auswahl europäischer und indischer Speisen. Großzügiges klimatisiertes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Freundliches Personal. Das Ambiente in der Villa aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Erwarte das unerwartete. Das Warmwasser lässt auf sich warten und bei starkem Regen, tropfte es durch das Dach, direkt in die Dusche. Wo anders ist eine Regendusche Premium, hier inclusive 😉.
Es kam natürlich sofort ein Handwerker. Das Haus ist numal 500 Jahre alt.

A nostalgic property, value for money, wonderful staff and excellent customer service.
Pros:

A historical, quiet and nostalgic property. Instagram worthy photos can be taken.

Walking distance to the beach - beach is not large.

Good restaurants close by.

Wonderful and friendly staff extending excellent service.

Cons:

Some improvements needed are as follows:

1. The shower had minimal pressure which made showering a long process.

2. The water heats up after 10 minutes of water wastage. A quicker heating system would save water.

3. The length of the bidet spray fitted at the pipe next to the toilet bowl is too short. A longer length would be useful.

4. Light bulbs could be changed to LED lights to make it brighter and energy efficient.

5. Location was a distance away from Ernakulam - about one hour + drive.
