Old building with great character in good location.
Pros:

The property location was great for shops & restaurants as all within walking distance down lovely streets. Pool area was clean & offered a nice cool down in the strong heat. Breakfast choice offered both Western & Indian food & all delicious.

Cons:

Cleanliness in rooms could have been of slightly higher standards ie work surfaces & underneath the bed. Told the smoking area was to be outside on main road but on day 2 realised you could use a safe area beside the pool! Staff mainly were very attentive but the management somewhat stand off ish at times!!!!

Very nice old heritage bungalow with comfortable rooms. The service and food were excellent. Great location.
Pros:

The old heritage building was overly. Rooms were had were huge, with an adjoining veranda. Very nice.

Cons:

The pool was out of action and while nobody’s fault it is disappointing.

Really lovely staff who work hard and are very friendly and helpful it’s just such a pity that the hotel is so over pric
Pros:

The staff were great, helpful, patient and friendly. Everything they could do to help they did. We couldn’t fault them. The position of the hotel is also very good.

Cons:

The hotel is overpriced. We have been in India a three weeks now and stayed in many hotels. This was the worst value for money. It desperately needs updating in so many ways. If it was half the price it would have been about right.

Pros:

Nice staff, beautiful old Dutch building. Good location for exploring Fort Kochi.

Great place to stay when you are in Fort Kochi.
Pros:

Location is excellent. close to so many great cafes and restaurants and all the sight seeing places in fort Kochi.

Cons:

We took 2 rooms. Size of one of the rooms was quite small. Not in line with the pricing which was almost the same for both rooms.

Pros:

Excellent location, large superior room (S1)) quiet with plenty of space and outdoor table and chairs. Breakfast as varied and staff excellent! Helpful and obliging reception staff

We were warmly welcomed by a charming receptionist and manager.

Spacious rooom and bathroom(just missing small table for toiletries.

Delicious restaurant with friendly and efficient staff. Special mention for the dish with tiger prawns.
